I had a smile makeover done, and it turned out terribly. Dr. Carlos performed the procedure, but he never saw me again afterward due to warranty issues. My teeth are now like eggshells that chip easily and have gaps where food gets trapped. I don't recommend him.
It's a clinic with good facilities, good customer service, and the professionals I've encountered so far have been excellent. The initial evaluation was good, although I would have liked to have the images from the evaluation. The cleaning was good, but I think it could have been better. explained the procedure and its rationale well and was skilled. I have high expectations for the next stage of the procedure. I'm worried they might change dentists since my case is more of an oral rehabilitation case than a cosmetic or smile design one, and I feel that's not their area of expertise. I would like Dr. Carlos to review my case for greater peace of mind. I'm proceeding cautiously with this new treatment. For now, things are going well. The costs seem a bit high, but not exorbitant, and more importantly, the most important thing is to restore my oral health.

Terrible service, they don't respect people's time. My appointment was at 10:00, I arrived at 9:40, and by 10:40 I still hadn't been seen. I asked for a refund, and they refused, saying it wasn't possible, which was a lie because after I insisted, they did give me one. They charge 100,000 for an assessment and 100,000 for a cleaning; I definitely wouldn't pay that much for such an unreliable…
