The worst business practice ever: they are fully booked for new patients, but if you are already a patient there, then there are plenty of slots available to book. It makes zero sense. very unprofessional!
Do not go here if you are not a registered client, you get no help. I was visiting Brno for a vacation. Unfortunately, got my tooth damaged, so I was trying to get a help here, with no luck. Unpleasant experience. Do not bother. I have very mixed feelings after this.
Everything was great from the moment I arrived, a very pleasant lady at the reception and an even better doctor with her assistant :) for the first time in my life I had fun at the dentist and left laughing and in a good mood.
My son (6 years old) and I both go to Smil and I can recommend it to everyone! Dr. Stromská is incredibly empathetic, patient and caring. My son was afraid of the dentist and since we have been going to Niki, as my son and I call her, he has been looking forward to going to the dentist. Really! Dr. Vitouchová is an amateur at her word. I don't understand how they could have hired this doctor without experience. She said she saw small cavities on the X-ray, but when I visited the office, it looked like she was creating the entire tooth. to the office because my removable braces didn't fit, and it turned out that she hadn't cleaned the area at all, and had just left a lot of glue on the tooth. For the last month, I've been screaming in pain, probably because of her botched filling. I changed dentists. It was also strange that as soon as I started going to the smile factory, I suddenly had 10 cavities a year, and my previous dentist never saw anything. You also always get a lecture about how not to brush your teeth, even though I followed all the recommendations of the hygienist. Smile factory, or how to get your teeth straightened at 23 and still be someone else's cash cow, while ruining your orthodontist's work. Edit: Well, it was a completely different story with the new dentist. For example, she was much more interested in the health of my oral cavity, and even provided a lot of practical advice that, for example, Dr. Vitouchová was not able to provide. Oh, and I don't have any cavities, for a change.
I can only recommend Smile Factory. I was looking for a new dentist and I cannot praise the visits here enough. The highly professional approach and very pleasant behavior of Dr. Vitouchová are incomparable compared to my previous dentist. In addition, the office is very accessible, right in the center and the interior is also very pleasant.

Don't expect lower prices then in the rest of the city, it is in the range with the others but expect that these people will actually take care of you. After about five treatments, I can say that the care is top-notch. My long-time dentist said "everything is fine", took a few hundred for tartar removal and that was it. Only here did they do an X-ray, found hidden cavities and gradually repaired them. It's not the cheapest, but it's standard in Brno and it's really worth it. SmileFactory is a friendly dental clinic. The treatment plan was thoroughly explained by the dentist. The procedures are discussed before and during the treatment. For me it was a satisfying and safe experience. The staff is cheerful and experienced.
The best dental clinic in Brno. Beautiful and modern environment in the center of Brno. Completely painless procedures. Before each procedure, the doctor will inform you about the procedure. I also go to Smile Factory for dental hygiene and I can also 100% recommend it. I go to Dr. Beranovská and I have never had better care!
Best dental hygiene I've ever been to. The lady really cleaned my teeth. Elsewhere they've given me a half hour lecture on how to use a toothbrush to force me to spend more money to come back or buy more products. Here they really care about the service they offer.
