Very pleasant environment and helpful staff. Everything went smoothly and the treatment was painless, I can only recommend it.

I was very satisfied with the doctor. She explained everything to me very well, we agreed on everything and it was painless, like every visit.
I made an appointment with dentist Mrs. Beranovská when I had a toothache. Despite all the x-rays and treatment (drilling out the filling), she did not solve my problem. The tooth continued to hurt. I do not recommend her, a waste of time and money

Excellent care from Dr. Hromčík and professional dental hygiene. I have had several treatments and procedures and everything went smoothly with excellent results and a pleasant human approach. The reception staff is also at a high level. I recommend.
Good dentist and hygienist, terrible receptionist. You may call to confirm your appointment, she tells you everything is ok and then when you appear in the clinic she excuses it's not possible, somehow there were no way to notify by phone or write a message.

Nice and kind doctor, professional approach, very nice office. Injections right in front of the door - drilling without pain. I'm not afraid of my next visit. I recommend it.

After the initial examination and X-ray, Dr. Beranovská made me a plan of the work that awaits me. Deviations from the plan sometimes occur, because complications that cannot be predicted can occur. Sometimes the change in the plan was in my favor and saved money, and sometimes the other way around, but always after an exemplary analysis and explanation with the doctor! The prices at Smile Factory are pleasant and correspond to the care provided. At the reception I often hear: "You don't pay today, you just have to make an appointment." Anyway, money for teeth - it's an investment! I'm glad that Dr. Beranovská is significantly younger than me, and that I will never have to change dentists 😊 I recommend her to my family and everyone who is serious about their teeth!

Dr. Kliestiková is very nice, helpful, skilled, explains everything and plans it. The procedures are painless, she doesn't skimp on anesthesia and the result is excellent. Very professional and human approach of Dr. Kliestiková. If I had had a dentist like that since I was little, I definitely wouldn't have been so worried about visiting the dentist.
