The staff were excellent from start to finish and so friendly. Generally their English was very good.....which was good for me. painkillers. Just three visits in three days and I had a brand new smile with the temporary teeth. Chewing with them was weird the first few days, but I quickly got used to them and stayed with them for about two years. The new teeth felt better and much more functional than my natural teeth until it was time for the permanent teeth. They turned out even better and look much better and finer and feel better than my natural teeth. My only regret is that I didn't have the opportunity to do the whole procedure much sooner. Smile Dental Services is a dental clinic that, compared to others I have visited, is on another level and I highly recommend! Yes there was discomfort for one day which is to be expected and that was insignificant to how happy I am with my new teeth. I can now eat and smile with confidence. ease as soon as I arrived and I underwent my surgery immediately after my x-rays. my team was Dr. Sevgin Mutalibov and Lidia, and they were wonderfully patient with me. Before they proceed with the surgery you have an ECG, and they monitor your heart rate and blood pressure throughout the operation, you are also given intravenous pain medication and sedation to help you relax, plus the usual numbing you have at the dentist, so you do not feel anything during the operation. After the operation you have a further x-ray and they give you the instructions you need to follow for aftercare, then you rest for the remainder of the day. You have several check-ups following the operation until day 3 when you try your new teeth for the first time. These are then altered for a perfect fit and look before you have them fitted properly the following day. You then have a further check-up to ensure the bite is perfect once you have eaten solid food. In other words, they do a very thorough job and explain very carefully what you can and can't do over the following months. I would not hesitate to recommend Smile Dental Services to anyone who is looking to have full mouth restoration, since returning home to the UK I have had so many compliments on how natural they look and no one can believe these are just the temporary ones, rather than the permanent ones I'll have in a year. Yes there is some discomfort and swelling after the operation but that's to be expected, you can't have all your teeth removed without expecting some discomfort, but it's nothing that can't be treated with normal painkillers and some rest. If you are looking for the perfect smile then I highly recommend Smile Dental Services and their wonderful team.
