I came to Smile Centrum Vysočany with a problem with my jaw joint. During the first examination, everything was explained to me properly and Dr. Matyash referred me to a specialized clinic that deals with jaw problems. meant that I couldn't pay with a benefit card either. She repeated that the terminal doesn't work. She was clearly amused by my situation, she didn't offer a solution. So I had to suggest moving the appointment myself. Again a few months later. I would be interested to see how the payment would have gone if I hadn't asked in advance and then wanted to pay with the card. Would she insist on cash? Probably. The whole thing gave the impression that it was my problem, not theirs. It seems inconsiderate to me not to let them know in advance that in this day and age of electronic payments, the company is unable to accept electronic payments. An email, SMS, maybe a call would suffice. I had to get up early and take time off work because of the missed appointment. I have an appointment, but I'll think about it, if I don't want to look elsewhere. Too bad, my first impression was quite good. Oh, and it would also be nice if they didn't keep me waiting there without feedback, when I've already had an appointment for a specific hour. Even government doctors usually say, sorry, we're running late, it'll be about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, there was a short-term outage of the terminal on the day of your visit. During the outage, the option of paying by QR code via invoice was offered. We did not know in advance that you would want to use a benefit card, otherwise we would have informed you of this option. Definitely the best dentist I have ever had. Both Dr. Oleksii Bezvershenko and the nurse are always professional and happy to help. I can't imagine going anywhere else. After this experience I look forward to going to the dentist and always leave with a smile
