Today I visited the dental hygiene at Smile Center, the doctor was great - kind, patient and above all very professional. She explained everything to me in detail, proceeded gently and I felt completely at ease during the entire treatment. Overall, I can highly recommend Smile Center - human approach, quality care and great experts. I will definitely come back here with confidence.

Prague Vysocany, nice environment and nice welcome. Dr. Olga Matyash was amazing, great approach and human behavior. It is clear that she enjoys her work and is interested in the patient and does not see him as another necessity in her working day!! The stress from the dentist immediately disappeared. Ganna Iatseniuk and dentil hygiene. - everything at the reception went well (that’s the only positive). - the doctor doesn’t offer a sterile rubber oral mouth opener or a cover for your clothes. t after checking my gums/teeth offered potential antibiotics treatment and to send my analysis to Brno, which I didn’t ask for and is way over the budget. We spent 10 minutes arguing about why my opinion on antibiotics is wrong instead of working on cleaning my gums and teeth. - the cleaning was extremely rushed to the point of me coming home and finding tissue in my mouth, and purple blood on the gums. - no electronic written prescription of medicine was offered, instead they just tell to memorize what to buy and how to use it. A complete unprofessional approach. This is a clear example of how not to provide dental services

Tools such as rubber mouth retractors are applied depending on the type of procedure — in this case, they were not indicated. When using an ultrasonic scaler, water spray may occur. This is normal and patients are informed in advance. The visit included an oral examination, communication of the findings, and an explanation of recommended treatment options, which is a standard part of professional care. Recommendations regarding products and treatment options were provided together with informational materials. Great place if you like to have healthy teeth drilled for a lot of money. My experience with this office is absolutely appalling, to this day I still don't understand how something like this could happen and I advise everyone to be very careful. smaller). She then told me that the same amount was paid for each cavity, regardless of its size (ok, cool) and calculated the final value for me. I was a little worried about the final amount, but mostly I found it quite strange that I had so many cavities. Overall, THANK GOD, I didn't have a good feeling about it and didn't have my teeth drilled. I went to my original dentist in the South Bohemian Region with this information. He found one cavity, but couldn't find the other two. He thought it was strange, so he did an X-ray. Nothing. He didn't want to underestimate it, so he gave me a request for an X-ray at a large hospital, where they had much better equipment. They found nothing. I couldn't believe it. After a year and a half, I went for another dental X-ray, at another hospital, just to be sure. Nothing. Not a single cavity. That so-called dentist would have drilled out my healthy teeth for an outrageous amount of money. I still feel sick from that experience. If you're going to Smile Center, be really careful. Or, best of all, don't go there at all and find a decent dentist. I went back to my old one. I'd rather commute hours than this. Ed.: Now that I've read the negative reviews from other customers, I see that I'm far from the only one with this experience. Very sad!

Your visit to us took place several years ago, yet we have all the documentation, including the OPG scan, which actually showed the presence of caries. The doctor explained the findings to you and proposed standard treatment in accordance with our procedures. The diagnosis itself was supported by imaging methods, not a subjective estimate. We understand that the decision regarding treatment is always up to the patient, and we respect that you turned to another doctor for a second opinion. However, it is important to remember that the development of caries can change over time - in the early stages it may not always be obvious on every type of scan or it may temporarily stabilize. If you would like to review the findings together and discuss them in person, we would be happy to explain them to you and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is never to perform unnecessary procedures, but rather to catch the problem early before it becomes something more serious. I have been a patient of Smile Center Vysocany for several years now and I can't help but praise it. After the previous dentist, thanks to whom I lost a healthy tooth and on the contrary, I worked my way up to periodontitis, I entered a different world. After dental hygiene "Ibalgin". They sent me from Vysočany to Rezidnce Eliška. No public transport station and I am disabled, they have it in their card. I won't leave the BUS station.

Hello, Mrs. Spurná, analgesics are not usually recommended after dental hygiene if the procedure is painless for the patient. Sometimes it may happen that in certain cases the hygienist recommends analgesics, for example when removing a thick layer of tartar. In such situations, analgesics are appropriate. Our Eliška branch is a specialized workplace for certain types of dental treatment, the doctor probably knew best why she was sending you there and certainly did not think about transport accessibility at that moment, for which we are very sorry. Thank you very much for the treatment. The doctor explained everything to me. She performed the procedure under local anesthesia. I didn't feel anything at all, even when the anesthesia was administered. I recommend a visit to the Smile Center. The smiling receptionist, all the nurses, and the entire Smile Center team.
