This is the best Dental center. I come from California for my dental work. It is really worth it. They are very professional and caring. They are well trained and have state of the art equipment. I highly recommend Shtern Dental Clinic
We’re been here two years ago love there service & very nice people. They did great job for me and my sister and my husband.! This time came for vacation, but decided to do some work and we are so happy highly recommended!

The implant crown rotated due to an improperly tightened abutment. Significant excess cement was found beneath the crown, posing a risk for future peri-implant complications. Improper seating of the abutment at the time of original cementation resulted in misfit of the crown when fully seated. I had to have corrective dentistry (another $4K) to repair what they they improperly installed. And…

they refused a refund. The implant crown fell out of my mouth within a matter of days, but I was already back in the states. I would have to fly back there, on my dime, and have them attempt to repair it.

I would call this office a dump with a dental chairs in the middle. The front desk is incompetent. They are deceiving patients. The prices are inflated. You guys are using cheap implants that you buy for $200 and sell to patients for $1,200. All the consent is in Spanish, which is illegal if your patient doesn't speak Spanish. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

You were seen for an implant consultation by a certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and head and neck specialist. The consultation itself was conducted in Russian, your native language, to ensure full clarity and comfort throughout the discussion. During your visit, you received a comprehensive professional evaluation, including a panoramic X-ray and a CT scan, followed by a detailed explanation and written treatment plan. After receiving these services, you chose not to pay for the consultation, imaging, or treatment planning. With regard to pricing, we are unclear as to the source of your assumptions. Implant fees reflect far more than the implant component alone; they include the surgeon’s expertise, surgical execution, diagnostic imaging, clinical facilities, and the many years, indeed decades, of education and training required to perform such procedures to accepted medical standards. Concerning consent forms, Mexican law requires that medical consents be signed in Spanish. That said, all documentation is fully translated and explained in Russian and English, ensuring informed consent at all times. Finally, the implant systems we use, NEODENT, BICON, and STRAUMANN, are internationally respected brands with proven clinical outcomes. Even a brief review of these companies would demonstrate that they are neither inexpensive nor inferior, contrary to your claims.
