Die Zahnbehandlung an sich fand ich gut, die Prophylaxe war nicht so gründlich und generell haben wir - meine Mutter und ich, die dort kurze Zeit Patientinnen waren - das Gefühl, dass die Abrechnung der Leistungen nicht ganz transparent und korrekt war. So hatten wir z.B. beide Extraposten in der Rechnung für "überdurchschnittlich lange Behandlung", angeblich wegen besonders dolle Speichelfluss.…

Ich kann das nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben das leider zu spät bemerkt, bzw. bei der Unterschrift im Anschluss übersehen, da wir auch nicht darüber aufgeklärt wurden. Da ist also Achtung Gebote. Zudem ist die Praxis sehr darauf bedacht, Biss-Schienen an den Patienten zu bringen. Diese Leistung wird im Beratungsgespräch als "kostenfrei" bezeichnet, aber dann doch bei den Kassen abgerechnet. Privatpatienten zahlen das dann überraschend selbst, Kassenpatienten merken es nicht, weil es über die Kasse läuft; ganz korrekt finde ich das trotzdem nicht. Wir haben daraufhin beide die Praxis gewechselt. Transparenz ist mir einfach sehr wichtig für ein gutes Vertrauensverhältnis.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir es sehr, wenn es bei Ihnen zu Unstimmigkeiten in Bezug auf die Abrechnung und der Prophylaxe gekommen ist. Sie und Ihre Mutter sind seit Jahren Patientinnen in der Praxis, sodass die Prophylaxe bei einer Ihnen bekannten Mitarbeiterin durchgeführt wurde. Vorherige Beschwerden Ihrerseits bezüglich einer nicht gründlichen Reinigung war uns nicht bekannt, sodass Ihre plötzliche Unzufriedenheit für uns überraschend war. Nach eingehender, umfangreicher und zweimaliger Aufklärung bezüglich der voraussichtlichen Kosten und des Behandlungsablaufs, wurde bei Ihnen ein undichtes Goldinlay entfernt und gegen ein Keramikinlay ausgetauscht, bei dessen Eingliederung auf eine absolute Trockenlegung zu achten ist. Da der behandelte Zahn sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Speicheldrüse befindet, kann man davon ausgehen, dass die Trockenlegung aufwendig sein wird, was sich während der Behandlung auch als solche bestätigte. Dieses wurde bereits als möglicher Indikator für einen erhöhten Aufwand der Behandlung in Ihrer Mehrkostenvereinbarung mit einkalkuliert. Grundsätzlich planen wir alle möglichen Kosten in die Vereinbarung mit ein, damit die Patienten letztendlich keine höhere Rechnung bekommen als Sie vorher gesehen und unterschrieben haben. Das Gegenteil ist immer erfreulicher, sodass auch in Ihrem Fall die letztendliche Rechnung günstiger geworden ist, als die Mehrkostenvereinbarung, die Sie vor der Behandlung unterschrieben haben. Daher verzeihen Sie uns, dass wir Ihren Vorwurf nicht ganz nachvollziehen können. Wie Sie sich sicher erinnern können, wurde Ihnen eine Schiene empfohlen, welches nicht nur zum Schutz Ihrer eigenen Zähne, sondern auch der neuen Versorgung dienen sollte. Grundsätzlich klären wir Patienten immer dann auf, wenn im Zuge einer Behandlung Mehrkosten anfallen, die der Patient selber zu tragen hat. Eine Knirscherschiene wird bei entsprechender Indikation von der Krankenkasse übernommen. Da bei Ihnen diese Indikation bestand und Sie sich nicht ausdrücklich gegen eine Schiene ausgesprochen haben, wurden Sie lediglich nur dahingehend aufgeklärt, dass Sie selber keine Kosten tragen und damit die Schiene für Sie kostenfrei ist. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass nicht jede Leistung, die über die Krankenkasse abgerechnet wird, mit dem Patienten kommuniziert werden kann.
