This was my second time at this dental clinic, and I loved the comfortable environment. I had my teeth cleaned and polished; Dr. Hazel's technique was gentle and painless, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes! The dental assistant even offered me a hot towel to dry my hands and some hot tea at the end—the service was fantastic! 😍👍🏻

Dr. Denise Her technique is top-notch, and she's incredibly meticulous. This was the least painful teeth cleaning I've ever had.

This was my second visit. The environment was very beautiful and comfortable, and the dentist was very professional and explained the condition of my teeth in detail. It also confirmed that there were no problems the next day. The clinic seemed very responsible.
Awesome service, love the dentist patience explaining to me about my teeth conditions and giving me tips on how to take care .
Had a scaling and polishing session with Dr.Anson. Really good service with care, no pain and fuss. Assistant even give me a toy for squeezing when I'm nervous. After the session the teeth is really clean. Overall highly recommend coming over and had a session with the doctors.

Excellent experience with my scaling yesterday. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain my dental health during the cleaning. The facility is modern and the staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend!
Dr. Denise is detailed in her explanation & fast with her work. I felt little discomfort throughout the treatment process. Plan to visit again 6 mths later.
Dr Denise service is good and nurse are very helpful as well they will ask whether is it all good and monitor because I’m having a whitening session.

I’ve been to other clinics before, but SEPA Clinic stood out to me. They provide tea while waiting, which I thought was a very nice touch. When I entered the treatment room, there was a monitor in front of me displaying my name along with a greeting, which made me feel welcomed. before-and-after photos, which I appreciated. I was provided with a mouth prop that helped keep my mouth open comfortably, so it didn’t feel tiring. They even gave me a warm small towel, whereas other clinics usually only provide tissue. It was very thoughtful of them to consider all these details. Dr. Denise and the staff took great care of me. Overall, my experience showed that they truly focus on providing the best and most satisfying service possible. The spa-like ambience was very relaxing, and the music inside the treatment room added to the calming atmosphere. They also reminded me of my appointment, good for forgetful people like me and follow up after. I had scaling and polishing done, and they also recommended Airflow, which I was already expecting. My teeth are now about 95% clean. There are still a little bit black stains remaining but I think those may require another treatment something like thorough cleaning. As for the payment, quite cheap also. I was charged an additional 6% SST, the lady in the reception said it was because I’m a foreigner, which I find acceptable considering the overall great experience.
