I was really surprised here at Shill Clinic KE with the quick appointment, approach and result, if I had known, I would have called earlier. I did not request an X-ray, because for my procedure, it is not always necessary. I had a dental X-ray recently, but unfortunately, I do not have it on my email and I do not live in Slovakia. So I could not bring it with me. I notice that many people cannot have an X-ray for health reasons, and it is also not recommended for pregnant women. The doctor was okay with it, I have all the email communication. The clinic itself is very pleasant and modern. Which made me feel completely good. After entering the clinic, I had about a 3-minute verbal conversation with the dentist and immediately after that she started the cosmetic treatment that I requested. The initial examination, as "the doctor will thoroughly examine you", did not happen. I do not need a dental check-up, but it was necessary to simply see the dentist and start the procedure that I was interested in. It is a common thing when it comes to a new patient. I agreed to the examination and payment of 22 euros. After the end, since I did not have the examination in the clinic and I saw on the bill that the 22 euros were charged. I told the receptionist that I did not have the examination, we just consulted for about 3 minutes about what procedure I was interested in. The receptionist told me that it is common to have an examination and consultation. I let myself be rejected. Since I couldn't wait any longer, I wrote an email to the clinic on Friday afternoon. They are closed on weekends. I expected a response on Monday, maybe not from the dentist herself, but at least from the reception, that they had received my email and that someone would contact me. Nothing like that happened. I wrote another email later as a reminder. I should note that I also told the dentist that I was traveling soon. No one responded to my second email either. I called the clinic later, and the receptionist just told me that the email had been forwarded to the dentist. Of course, they have patients, but I thought that someone would hear from me by the end of the day. Since they say on their website that they are open until 4 pm and also that they care about every patient. That didn't happen. I wrote another email, where I already expressed my dissatisfaction. Someone already wrote back to me, where they wrote that the consultation costs 22 euros. For a dental check-up etc. you have to pay extra for X-rays and take pictures and the whole examination costs 111 euros. A complete contradiction of what they have on their website. So if you want a "doctor to thoroughly examine you" you have to pay 111 euros and not 22 euros! This clinic misleads people, has false information on their website. I pointed this out in another email. Of course, no one responds to it. Be prepared for the fact that if you say anything, they will make you look like a fool and someone who probably doesn't understand what they read or see on their website. They don't admit the truth. So, Mr. Owner, I hope you bought lunch for my 22 euros, for which I was supposed to have an initial examination, which should last 20 minutes (as it says on your website), but it only took me 3 minutes. The procedures are painless, infiltration anesthesia is injected (it is gentle, it does not hurt), which not only works well, but is also pleasant in that only the tooth that is being treated suffers, or sometimes the nearest neighboring teeth also suffer, but my whole mouth does not suffer at all, as I have experienced in other clinics so far. Endodontics are more demanding treatments, you have to keep your mouth open a little longer, but the dentist put a hard rubber band in my mouth if necessary to give my temporomandibular joint a rest, which helped. Another positive thing is that we work in a sterile environment, i.e. during the procedure, saliva and water do not flow into the tooth being treated, so a rubber dam, a soft rubber band, is placed in the mouth. During the treatment, the patient lies down and the nurse regularly sucks out the saliva, so it does not flow into the throat. I also really like the tooth extractions at this clinic, the dentist sews up my hole and it heals much faster. A big THANK YOU goes to the dentist MDDr. Vladimír Streček, who treated me, I am looking forward to the preventive check-up in six months. Thanks also go to the dental hygienist Mr. Branislav Kohan, who got rid of my yellow teeth, I finally don't have to be ashamed to smile, my teeth are nice and white, check-up in 3 months.
