Perfect care, helpfulness, great communication, human approach. I highly recommend it. I was there for an extraction with another problem that they didn't help me with elsewhere. In both cases I was very satisfied. The price is reasonable for the quality.

I had my number eight extracted at the Schill clinic in Košice. It happened to be right between the holidays. After calling, I got an appointment the very next day. The clinic is modern, with friendly staff. I got to see Dr. Streček, who explained my options and suggested an extraction right away. The tooth was out within a few minutes, and even though it didn't want to come out without a fight, the doctor dealt with it very skillfully and painlessly. Even though the procedure is not covered by insurance, it's worth it for the quality, human approach, and perfect work.

We had a premedication treatment with our 2-year-old daughter this week and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with everything. The booking over the phone was very pleasant, they explained everything, informed me in advance of the price list for treating a child and we were given an appointment for the next week. We arrived a little early and they basically took us in right away. First, there was a consultation with Dr. Schnelly, she explained everything to us how it would go, even my daughter cooperated, the approach of the entire staff was perfect. The treatment was quick and without complications, my daughter finally left with nice teeth. We have been dealing with this problem for a year, but at other clinics after informing them there was still some problem, whether it was related to age, weight or inexperience with such a small child. I was really surprised here at Shill Clinic KE with the quick appointment, approach and result, if I had known, I would have called earlier. I recommend it and I know that if there is a problem, I know where to look for fast and quality help. Thank you very much :).

One thing is that I am satisfied with the work of the dentist. That's about all. I made an appointment with this clinic via email, the website looked professional and that was the reason why I chose it. Currently, this clinic has an initial examination on its website for 22 euros. Please see the screenshots from their website, where it is clearly written "the doctor will examine you thoroughly" in 20 minutes and you will pay 22 euros. I made an appointment for a cosmetic dental procedure plus this initial examination. I did not request an X-ray, because for my procedure, it is not always necessary. I had a dental X-ray recently, but unfortunately, I do not have it on my email and I do not live in Slovakia. So I could not bring it with me. I notice that many people cannot have an X-ray for health reasons, and it is also not recommended for pregnant women. The doctor was okay with it, I have all the email communication. The clinic itself is very pleasant and modern. Which made me feel completely good. After entering the clinic, I had about a 3-minute verbal conversation with the dentist and immediately after that she started the cosmetic treatment that I requested. The initial examination, as "the doctor will thoroughly examine you", did not happen. I do not need a dental check-up, but it was necessary to simply see the dentist and start the procedure that I was interested in. It is a common thing when it comes to a new patient. I agreed to the examination and payment of 22 euros. After the end, since I did not have the examination in the clinic and I saw on the bill that the 22 euros were charged. I told the receptionist that I did not have the examination, we just consulted for about 3 minutes about what procedure I was interested in. The receptionist told me that it is common to have an examination and consultation. I let myself be rejected. Since I couldn't wait any longer, I wrote an email to the clinic on Friday afternoon. They are closed on weekends. I expected a response on Monday, maybe not from the dentist herself, but at least from the reception, that they had received my email and that someone would contact me. Nothing like that happened. I wrote another email later as a reminder. I should note that I also told the dentist that I was traveling soon. No one responded to my second email either. I called the clinic later, and the receptionist just told me that the email had been forwarded to the dentist. Of course, they have patients, but I thought that someone would hear from me by the end of the day. Since they say on their website that they are open until 4 pm and also that they care about every patient. That didn't happen. I wrote another email, where I already expressed my dissatisfaction. Someone already wrote back to me, where they wrote that the consultation costs 22 euros. For a dental check-up etc. you have to pay extra for X-rays and take pictures and the whole examination costs 111 euros. A complete contradiction of what they have on their website. So if you want a "doctor to thoroughly examine you" you have to pay 111 euros and not 22 euros! This clinic misleads people, has false information on their website. I pointed this out in another email. Of course, no one responds to it. Be prepared for the fact that if you say anything, they will make you look like a fool and someone who probably doesn't understand what they read or see on their website. They don't admit the truth. So, Mr. Owner, I hope you bought lunch for my 22 euros, for which I was supposed to have an initial examination, which should last 20 minutes (as it says on your website), but it only took me 3 minutes. And I don't really expect much from the "dentist" :))) YOU FEEL VERY PLEASANT WITH YOU :) AND A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Kohan for his endless patience and extremely human approach to me. When he handed me a mirror after dental hygiene, I didn't believe that this was possible. I would never have dreamed of such an extremely beautiful result. I recommend him to everyone!!!!! A long time ago, after completing the initial examination with Dr. Streček, it was clear to me that I would go more often :) I really appreciate that you don't pressure anything, that you give the patient time to think, that you explain the procedure to him and, last but not least, the price list. Willing, human, patient PROFESSIONALS :) of course including the always smiling and friendly women at the reception :) Thank you!

Sloppy approach, after tooth extraction. They announced that the doctor would not be present at the agreed date. So, I chose the stitches myself. They remind me of those eye factories that people are now complaining about.

I was very satisfied with the treatments, they did a good job, even though my teeth were in a complicated condition. I was worried that they didn't just have a strong advertising, but they are real professionals. I recommend

They took me the next day, they fixed everything I neglected, pleasant smiling ladies, maximum satisfaction. Modern equipment in one place, human and professional approach. A joy to go and get a tooth pulled. 😉 I will add, on the 3rd day after the extraction, the wound does not hurt, the embroidery I got on it is holding. I also had bone powder, or whatever it is called, poured in, which, as they said, can be released. So far, I have registered about 3-4 grains. So it was definitely worth driving for a while.
