knew she would recommend me the best, but the communication with dr. Valerian was beyond than best. My expectations went much more than best! The brief conversation on the phone call was perfect, he explained everything in details and he earned the respect and biggest trust from my side. I imagine how perfectly procedures will be done if I’m amazed such way just by phone interaction. Definitely planning to Visit Georgia nearly in a month, to visit dr. It is understandable that veneers are generally fragile and can be easily removed, but the fact that it didn't last even 1 day indicates that it was attached poorly or didn't dry well. treatment, and minor restoration are possible. But it's better without restoration. Observation is the best option now. I'll decide later. I went to this clinic. During the examination, they found decay in three places. They said they needed to restore the broken tooth: they'd file down the healthy part and put in a filling. I asked them to leave it alone and just polish it. They didn't apply fluoride. They only charged for the consultation and gave me a discount. It cost only 20 lari, which saved me in such a difficult situation. I wish my tooth a speedy recovery. Pros: everyone speaks all languages. Good service and advertising. They did it minimally invasively, just as I requested. So I could survive until I could go home. Cons: They insisted on filing down three healthy teeth and filling them, mistaking plaque for cavities. They also wanted to cut down a healthy tooth to put in a filling. And the teeth are healthy! This was checked under a microscope at another reputable clinic in Europe. They just needed a better polish. Filing down four teeth and putting in four fillings? To make more money? Under no circumstances should you have your teeth treated here.

l facility, and the fact that this place advertises itself as international makes the whole situation even more ridiculous. If you claim to serve international patients, maybe start by having the ability to answer a very basic question without hanging up disrespectfully. Who’s in charge of receptionists? Why should patients have to deal with disrespect within the first 2-3 seconds of interaction? Honestly, what a stupid and completely avoidable way to lose a customer. If they treat people like this before they even become patients, I can only imagine what the actual service must be like once you’re inside. I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic entirely.

All reception and medical staff speak English and communicate with patients from many different countries. We only provide an approximate cost over the phone based on verbal information provided, without seeing your oral cavity or a CT scan. Therefore, this is only an estimate, and each case is individual. You were most likely quoted the cost of one filling, but you had more work done. If you need a list of the work performed, we can send you an invoice. Regarding the contract, perhaps you are referring to clause 2.6 of the contract, which states: "The patient is informed that during the treatment process, it may be necessary to use additional diagnostic and therapeutic methods that were not previously listed in the medical record and which involve additional payment. The patient has the right to refuse or agree to these procedures." If the doctor determines the need for an additional procedure, they may notify you of this, but no procedures will be performed without your consent and prior approval. Everything is done on a strictly voluntary basis. The doctor may make recommendations for the future or, if possible, by mutual agreement, resolve the issue on the spot and provide appropriate treatment.
