a little strange that they asked me to put my personal belongings in a basket under the table that looked like a trash can—it's inappropriate for expensive items. My assistant, Nana Vekua, left a very negative impression. Her only job was to control the aspirator, but throughout the procedure, I felt like I was about to choke on water. At one point, I started coughing so hard that it took me a long time to recover. She leaned heavily on me during the procedure. While some people might enjoy having someone practically lie on them during the procedure, for me, it's unacceptable—it violates basic social distancing rules. I asked the doctor to intervene, but after a while it happened again. At the end, while I was still in the chair, she started wiping everything around me, literally over me—it looked extremely unprofessional. This kind of work by an assistant significantly detracts from the impression of a truly good doctor's work.

but talking in this rude tone with potential patients is very wrong, But as I understood people can be busy I tried to request an appointment from the clinic’s website twice and nobody contacted me back How can someone book a visit to the clinic if patients are not provided with full information, especially when flying from different countries? And if doctors are having rudeness problems maybe at least the administration will work properly to provide information for online requests? When there was a good conversation initially, what changed then? Is there “no need” to answer patients' questions? What about the doctor and the administration? Shame on you. You thought I was 100% patient and could be treated however you wanted? That’s how clinics lose patients. Totally disappointed and I would never book an initial appointment at this clinic!
