disrespectful to the client. 2. Inaccurate pricing information. Over the phone, they quoted a cost of 200 to 600 GEL for the extraction. During the appointment, the price suddenly increased to 1,000 GEL. 3. Lack of materials. It turned out that the procedure couldn't be performed immediately because the clinic didn't have bone powder. Furthermore, they gave me strange recovery times (three months with powder versus the standard one), clearly trying to drag things out. 4. I felt like they were "trying to get rid of me." Doctor Bagration Chorgolashvili seemed tired and insisted on visiting a colleague in Batumi instead of treating me. 5. Questionable experience. I went specifically for zirconium dioxide implants, but it turned out the clinic had only ever done them once. 6. At the end of the appointment, they offered a 30-60 GEL discount for a good review on Maps. This explains how this place's reputation is formed. 7. They delayed sending the documents a bit. I received them a little later than promised. They said he wasn't open on Saturday and suggested an appointment on Sunday. But according to messages, he was in the clinic on Saturday. Regarding the bone powder, we conducted an internal investigation: the material was, in fact, in stock at the clinic. We are currently trying to understand why the doctor told you it was out of stock. Regarding zirconium dioxide implants, our doctor is certainly qualified and experienced in this field. However, due to the extremely low demand for this type of implant, this procedure has only been performed once at our clinic. Once again, we apologize and thank you for helping us identify our weaknesses. This will help us improve. We welcome the opportunity to somehow alleviate the discomfort caused to you.
