enjoyable because the service and doctors are friendly, not boring
I was upset with the customer service. They said there was a promotion in the chat, but when I went to the clinic, they said there wasn't a promotion, and they gave me an incorrect price... They said they had already entered the information... I regret recommending this here... I won't be using it again.

The braces installation process didn't take long, just over 2 hours, but the scaling was a bit painful. The service was good and friendly.
The doctor was unfriendly, seemed rushed, and rude. Especially Dr. Meita, I suggest improving her service, as the clinic is already good. Having worked with many dentists, this is the first time I've felt uncomfortable during a dental checkup. Hopefully, this can be addressed to improve the clinic.
