Quy Hy Dental

I used to have my teeth done here. I once commented to Ms. Hy that the dental instruments here were not hygienic because they were not put in bags. They transferred the chair to the person doing the teeth without replacing the new instruments, sometimes the old person's instruments were still there, not knowing if they were misused?! The dental staff and cleaning staff were unprofessional. But instead of accepting my comments to change or apologize to customers, in return, they received scolding from Ms. Hy. I think she is a doctor but her behavior is like a street vendor, a gangster and unprofessional. I hope anyone who comes to this dental clinic will think carefully about the owner's attitude, especially how to handle problems when they happen with customers.

First of all , I came here seen I was little kid until now, they used to be great until recently I came From United State in June of 2023 miss Hy she is the owner of the dentist 🦷 I came and asked for a check up and teeth clean I had 2 fills on my front tooth and asked her to remove my old fill and back fill, she said it’s going to be yellow again and you need veneers so it’s going to be white I’m keep thinking and chicken out so she said I’m a professional my Dad was an artist so I said ok I’m going to do it, and paid over 70 millions Vietnam Dong so before I left Vietnam I had my lips 👄 Tatoo so it’s still hurts, came back to United state 2 days later 2 of my tooth was chipped and 2 weeks later another one cracked what? So I asked my niece to call her they try to avoid my niece called and said Miss Hy not around then I have to pay over a thousand to fix them then another one cracked I designed to come back to Vietnam so she could fix them for me when I got there came in the room said hi to her she ignored me and then came up and yelled at me , you ate something hard that's why it's broken what? In 2 days my lips 👄 tattoo still hurts how could I eat anything hard? So I asked her so you are not going to fix them, why did you ask Me to come back here from USA? Over all I gave up on her will never 👎 come here again will tell all of my friends and family to avoid this dental office SCAMS! Hope this help who ever needs there teeth done where else not here, not recommended, All of my friends was saying she did so ugly on my tooth 😭😭😭 She should return my money back that's not cheap for the whole thing really said. Let me tell everyone that Quy Hy Dental Clinic is a long-time customer of Ms. Hy, the owner of the Dental Clinic. Recently, in June, I came back from the US and wanted to check my teeth and fill my front teeth, but she said that if I filled them again, they would turn yellow. She said that porcelain would be white, but I had to do the upper and lower teeth, which cost a lot more than 70 million. Then, when I returned to the US, 2 days later, a tooth was chipped, but because she did it in two places, I had to fix it in the US, which cost more than 1,000 dollars. I asked my niece to call her, but she always said she was busy. Then, in the next 2 weeks, she was even more angry. Then I told my niece to ask her what day she could do it again and how many weeks it would take. When I went to the office to say hello, she didn't answer? Then when she came and yelled that it was because I ate hard food, When I finished my teeth on the last day before returning home, I had a lip piercing 👄 so it was still very painful and I couldn't eat hard food. Then I told her to check again to see if the person who did the porcelain teeth was of poor quality or not, because I had just had my lips pierced, how could I eat hard food. Then she made me sign and not ask for a repair or anything? Is that all after taking the money? Doing it must be done with a good heart so that the virtue can be passed on to the children, Miss. Is this Luong Y Nhu Tu Mau? In short, you, Aunties, Uncles, and Brothers and Sisters, be careful before deciding to do your teeth here, Wishing you all the best.

I had cosmetic dentistry done here. The doctor is good, cheerful, and works very dedicatedly. I've had it done for 11 years now and my teeth are still good.

Fraudulent. Forcing to pay extra after service completion. Before Tet (Vietnamese New Year), I went to Quy Hy Dental Clinic for a consultation to have three wisdom teeth extracted. After taking X-rays, Ms. Hy (the owner of the clinic) quoted me 2 million VND (1 million VND/tooth) for the two left molars (upper and lower) and 1.5 million VND for the remaining tooth on the right (because it was difficult to extract). After Tet, I went to have the two left molars extracted first. After the extraction, Ms. Hy changed the price on the invoice (there were signs of the change) and said that the staff had given the wrong price earlier (even though she was the one who quoted the price). She charged me a total of 3.5 million VND for the two left molars. I questioned her about it, and she raised her voice, saying that I had caused her to lose money (?). After I pointed out the alteration on the bill, she revised the price to 2.5 million VND but increased the price for the remaining tooth on the right to 2 million VND (for the next extraction). Then she became very loud and offered no apology, telling me to go somewhere else if I wanted a cheaper extraction, and then went upstairs. Before Tet holiday, I came here to have 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. After the X-ray, Ms. Hy (the owner) gave me the prices for each tooth: 2 million VND for the two in the left jaw (upper and lower) and 1.5 million VND for the one in the lower right. After Tet, I came for the removal of 2 teeth in the left jaw (supposed to be 2 million VND). As soon as the service was finished, Ms. Hy changed the agreed prices on the receipt (I could clearly detect the adjustments) and said it was her employees who misinformed me. She then charged me 3.5 million VND for the 2 teeth. I disagreed with the prices, and she started shouting at me. Only after I pointed out the imprints she left on the receipt did she lower the price to 2.5mil. But it was funny how she increased the price of the third tooth to 2mil (for the next removal service). Finally, it was all her shouting and mocking about how I needed to look for another clinic if I wanted to go cheap.
