This was a long time ago, back in September 2014. I'm not trying to make any demands, just wanted to review what I experienced. My boyfriend used the 30 baht card (Gold Card) to get a filling. check, but I'm discouraged from going. Now, he's going to a clinic near Ratchayothin. His teeth are as beautiful as ever. I told the doctor about this, but he was still confused. (I only went to the clinic to get the filling, and the doctor insisted he didn't do it.) Neither of us has any evidence. If the clinic has video or photos, please let me know. (Before the PSK treatment, the patient had an X-ray from Mahidol Hospital, but the film was with the hospital. At that time, his teeth were fine, just decayed, not chipped like in the picture. I was very confident.) I'm confused as to whether the Gold Card treatment resulted in this kind of service. I've read other reviews and they were excellent, so I chose this clinic based on the reviews. I'm extremely disappointed. I lost one of my benefits and got a chipped tooth back.

We are not ignoring this issue and have reviewed the treatment with all relevant staff, including the dentist and all personnel involved since the day you reported the problem. Our investigation revealed that the dentist filled a "large molar" after informing the patient (the male patient) and confirming that he did not wish to have the cracked tooth treated. We also explained that the cracked tooth likely had a previous filling that had come loose due to its proximity to the gap. The patient did not have a prosthetic insert placed in that gap, causing the filling to be pushed out whenever the teeth touched or when chewing. The patient insisted on having the decayed "large molar" (which the female patient circled) filled and was also advised to have a prosthetic insert placed in that gap. PSK Dental Clinic has attempted to contact both the patient and the dentist to arrange a follow-up appointment for a further examination and explanation of the treatment. However, due to the patient blocking all communication channels with PSK Dental Clinic, we have been unable to reach him. PSK Dental Clinic hopes to contact you, ladies and gentlemen, as soon as possible to explain the treatment accurately. However, PSK Dental Clinic assures you that the treatment standards will be the same, using high-quality materials and equipment, and providing excellent service equally to all patients, regardless of their insurance coverage. Finally, PSK Dental Clinic hopes that you will give us the opportunity to explain the treatment and provide you with the best possible care.
The counter staff were very helpful and provided complete details. The dentist was very gentle during the procedure. The assistant staff also took good care of us. We used our 30-baht health insurance at this clinic. Everyone provided excellent service. Very impressed! 🙏❤️
