so my fear was almost completely gone. The funniest thing is, I was more nervous before the appointment than I was during the whole thing. Afterward, they gave me clear instructions. In the end, the tooth was removed, everything was fine, and I even felt relieved and in a better mood. If you're also a panicker, this is definitely the place for you.

Beware of this clinic! They charge for services that were never provided, and their “missed appointment” policy is outrageous — even if you fall ill or have an accident on the way to the clinic, they will penalize you to cover their supposed lost profit. Think twice before making an appointment!

As we have explained to you multiple times in our correspondence, ProSmile Clinic always accommodates our patients in cases of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies. In your situation, however, the appointment was canceled only a couple of hours before the scheduled time due to the reason “left for work”. This cannot be considered illness not extraordinary circumstances. We value our doctor’s time just as much as we value the time of our patients. The appointment cancelation policy and potential fees are published on our website and communicated to patients via SMS in advance. You confirmed your appointment the day before.

mildly, perplexing and unacceptable for the service industry. Every visit follows the same pattern: upon entering, she abruptly starts ringing the phone, ignoring patients. No greeting, no basic interest—you have to stand and wait for someone to "free up." After the appointment, it's the same story: you stand there with your card ready to pay, and it's as if she deliberately pretends not to notice, maybe starting to dial a number again, maybe typing something. I also had a similar situation: she ostentatiously takes a piece of paper and goes into the doctor's office with some trivial questions, just to avoid dealing with the patient! A client standing near the reception desk should always be a priority, right?! In the presence of doctors, their behavior is completely different—expressly helpful and ostentatious. Such hypocrisy appears extremely unprofessional. I recommended your clinic to my relatives, but everyone said the same thing: the doctors are great, but the receptionist is a nightmare. I believe such an employee tarnishes the reputation of the entire clinic. I ask management to address this. Because it is the receptionist who forms the first impression of the clinic, and, unfortunately, in our case, it contrasts sharply with the excellent work of your doctors.
