My favorite dental clinic. In my 34 years, this is the first place I've truly enjoyed going to. needed to act immediately. They took a jaw X-ray and scheduled all the treatments. Today, I had my second wisdom tooth removed, and they took literally 5 minutes. I'm very happy. I went to Dr. Dziuba today with a 6-year-old child who had an extra milk tooth growing out of the wrong place. The tooth was removed under sedation. Very good place and very high standard but the waiting time is a month or more so advise with that! Also sometimes bookings are late and instead of 2h you get 1h which is unfortunate because you wait a month for a time but overall very good clinic.

I went for a teeth cleaning a couple of days ago. The appointment was good, the cleaning went smoothly. It was a little painful, but I was stupid. Use anesthetic on your front teeth and you won't feel any pain. And don't forget to visit the dentist more often for cleanings. My only problem was that I hadn't been for three years. The patient's name and surname together with medical images are personal data, and publishing them without consent is a violation of the law. Ps. Your response does not change the essence! My remarks concern the medical data publicly used by your clinic, not my status as your patient. The core of the problem is that publicly easily accessible medical data, such as X-ray images with the patient's name and family, are strictly regulated by the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Personal Data Protection Act). My relatives visit your clinic and I have every right to express my concerns about the protection of their data. This is not a "subjective review", but a requirement to comply with the legislation, which, as I believe, should be a priority for any medical organization. Can only patients of this clinic show you possible violations of the law? I would also like to note that in today's personal correspondence via messenger, you did not mention that the patient had consent to the publication of his data. Instead, you replied: "Do you worry about the data when you see, for example, examples of bank cards or documents?" This comparison is incorrect and unacceptable. Medical data, such as an X-ray image containing the patient's name, which is publicly and easily accessible on Instagram and Facebook platforms, is available to everyone, not just your patients. Publishing such data without compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act violates both the GDPR and Estonian legislation. The consent of patients is not just a formality, but an important part of compliance with confidentiality rules. The publication of such data requires special responsibility, and the clinic must comply with all legal requirements so as not to put patients at risk.
