Zero stars if I could. Terrible service, and Dr. Diasmary charged me much more than any other doctor in the country. They also failed to inform me verbally or during the "treatment planning" process about significant risks. Two weeks after I said I wouldn't continue treatment with them, they harassed my family members behind my back via WhatsApp, claiming I owed them more money than agreed upon…

and assuring me that my dental health would worsen if I didn't continue, acting as if they were the only doctors in the world. Furthermore, just a few days after starting treatment, I complained that I hadn't been informed about a common risk that delays treatment. Dr. Diasmary responded via text message: "Well, sorry about that, but I understood you had. WE'RE ALL HUMAN, AND SOMETHING LIKE THAT CAN HAPPEN," completely minimizing her responsibility. Additionally, I was a traveling patient, and the clinic told me I didn't need to return for six months, which is completely irresponsible for a treatment involving aligners. This caused a common risk to go unmanaged, delaying my treatment and affecting my dental health. EDITED: It's unbelievable that you resort to blatant lies. It is COMPLETELY FALSE that there was someone present when the plan was explained to me and when I paid; I was alone. Since you're going to keep editing your response and disrespecting me by lying, the only time there was someone present was for about 15 minutes, and that person even advised me NOT to start treatment with you due to the excessive costs and unnecessarily long duration compared to other, better doctors. Claiming that this person "validated" the process is a desperate and underhanded attempt to hide your lack of ethics. You also prescribed Diclofenac without warnings, causing me severe heartburn that took three months to heal; when I complained the first time, the doctor simply said, "Take it with food." A "signed consent" obtained with incomplete information doesn't give them the right to harass my family on WhatsApp behind my back, nor does it justify their negligence in proposing follow-up appointments every six months for aligners, putting my dental health at risk. Their response only confirms that their priority is money and their image, not the truth or the patient's well-being. If they're capable of lying about who was present at all times, they're capable of lying about everything else. P.S. Don't be fooled: it's highly suspicious that after two years of inactivity, five-star reviews are suddenly appearing to try and cover up my complaint. The truth can't be erased with fake profiles.
