I had treatment at Prodental for almost 2 and half years, my case was a bit complex. y gums are ready, we proceeded with braces journey with Dr Chong Ler. I cried during my consultation with Dr Lim (first dentist I saw) because my teeth were bad and it made me lost my confidence. I still wore my face mask post covid due to the low self esteem. Dr Ler discussed with me the treatment plan and reassure me that after the braces treatment, i will regain my confidence with a better smile. After debonding, i just couldnt stop smiling looking at my teeth. I never had nicely aligned teeth since my childhood. All the pain and perseverance are worth it. Dr Ler is very attentive to how my teeth moved and do not rush with the treatment. I was given adequate time to allow my teeth to follow the treatment plan. Overall, I'm very happy with my treatment at Prodental. All the staff were nice and helpful and keep cheering for me throughout my treatment there. Thank you so much
I was seen by Dr Saw Woon Ling for gum treatment and subsequently underwent orthodontic treatment with Dr Chong Ler. After developing gum disease, I never thought I would have the confidence to smile again. Thanks to both doctors, I have regained that confidence, and I truly appreciate the care and dedication they have shown throughout my treatment.
I came here for orthodontic treatment and had a great experience with Dr. Clara. She carefully examined my teeth and explained the different treatment options, including braces and aligners. I appreciated how thorough and honest she was. The clinic is modern, well organised, and appointments are always smooth.
Highly recommend Prodental Care for dental implants. My treatment took about 3+ months and was handled by Dr. Lim Kiat Lin and Dr. Daniel Lim Kim Hock. I had my root canal with Dr. Chung and crowning with Dr. Lim. Both doctors were very attentive and the procedures were painless. The clinic is clean and calming, and the receptionists are polite and informative. Overall, a very good experience.

ery kind and attentive. 5 stars to the nursing team. However, our experience with the dentists was extremely disappointing. As this clinic operates with different specialists, patients are required to see different dentists for different treatments, which already involves waiting for multiple schedules. My elderly father came in for scaling and a routine check-up. Dentist 1 performed the examination and advised that one tooth required a root canal. Dentist 2 (the root canal specialist) was then called in. In front of us, both dentists began disagreeing — Dentist 2 said the tooth was too small for a root canal, while Dentist 1 insisted it could be done. Despite his hesitation, Dentist 2 proceeded while openly expressing frustration about the situation to us. Midway through the procedure, he stopped, filled the tooth temporarily, and asked Dentist 1 to return. Dentist 1 then informed us that the tooth was indeed too small for a root canal and said they would “discuss how to charge us.” We were asked to wait outside. After 30 minutes with no update — and having already spent 3–4 hours at the clinic without breakfast or lunch — we could hear Dentist 2 laughing inside while Dentist 1 was nowhere to be seen. No one updated us. In the end, my father did not even receive the scaling treatment, which was the original reason for our visit. The dentists may be skilled in their specialties, but the management, coordination, and professionalism displayed were extremely poor. The lack of communication and the disagreement in front of a patient — especially an elderly one — was highly inappropriate. We will not be returning.

We understand how distressing this must have felt, especially given the long waiting time and the circumstances involving an elderly patient. To clarify, during the appointment the tooth was assessed as a complex case. An intra-canal medication was placed to stabilize the tooth, and the treatment plan was pending the final obturation visit. In fact, a multidisciplinary discussion between dentists from different specialties are sometimes necessary in complicated cases to ensure the most appropriate and safe treatment outcome, though we regret that this process was not communicated clearly or handled more smoothly in front of you. We also apologize that the original scaling treatment could not be completed on the same day and that communication fell short of our usual standards. Your feedback regarding coordination and professionalism is taken seriously, and we will use it to improve our patient care experience. Should you or your father wish to have a review, clarification, or further treatment, we would be more than happy to assist.
Having scaling and polishing service here from Dr. Ong. She is very professional, when doing the treatment while also explained all the details about my gum issue. Huge thanks and glad to be treated by Dr. Ong.

Dr Saw was the one who had treated my gum disease. The overall experience was very pleasant. Thanks to her skill, I am able to eat again. A simple task to many, but to me, I was overcome with happiness. She was very meticulous and had helped me greatly. I strongly recommend her.

I am undergoing root canal treatment here, under specialist Dr Chung.The anesthesia injection was extremely painful, much more than what I have experienced in previous dental treatments. Even after about 5 hours, I still have significant soreness and pain in my cheek area near the injection site, which feels worse than my usual experience with general dentists. I was recommended by friend to prodental. I was attended by Dr Lim to replace my existing crown that has chipped. hen I need to cross the border to get it done. Overall it is very well done. Cost is specialist price at a normal dental shop in Singapore. Very value for money. Very good, highly recommend. They provide ONE STOP solution for all the teeth issue. They give very good professional advice so that i don't beat around the bush to go many places to solve my gum deceased and implants issues cause by my previous dentist. Very friendly doctors and nurses. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I needed to replace my old silver crown with new crown due to decay. Dr. Lim is very skilful and whole process (from removing the old crown to placing new one) was so smooth. I did my gum treatment with Dr. Saw. She is not an ordinary dentist, but a specialist who knows what is best for her patients. Now, my severe gum health issue is in a good recovery phase.
