The reception service was really poor. The staff Miss.NG spoke in an unfriendly tone, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. As the first point of contact, basic courtesy and professionalism were clearly lacking. This greatly affected the overall experience, and I hope management will take this seriously and improve the front desk service.

Had my root canal treatment previously and back for crowing with Dr Lim. She is very attentive and explained all the details. Is more costly in this dental but most of the dentist are specialists.

Very poor experience with the reception and overall coordination. Despite having confirmed appointments, I consistently had to wait at least 15 minutes past the scheduled time, which felt highly unprofessional. questions were asked, avoided eye contact and provided minimal to no response. This created a very unwelcoming and dismissive experience. When I asked why appointments were never honored on time, I was simply told to raise the issue with the doctor during my next follow-up, which does not address the root cause or responsibility of the front desk. The specialist recommended for my child’s surgery was also extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions, the doctor was either not available, could not be located, or was unreachable. This caused unnecessary stress and delays, particularly concerning when it involves a child’s medical care. Previously, when I considered switching to a doctor from another clinic, I was informed by the pediatric specialist that referrals could only be made to their own in-house colleagues. This gave the impression that internal arrangements were prioritized over the patient’s best interests. In today’s increasingly commercialized healthcare environment, it is disappointing to see patient care and professionalism taking a back seat. Ultimately, proper patient care, clear communication, and respect for patients’ time should always be the top priority.

While some delays can unfortunately be unavoidable in both clinics and hospitals—particularly when managing complex or emergency cases—we agree that clear communication, courtesy, and acknowledgment of patients upon arrival are essential. I want to say first that the receptionists were very polite and helpful. But other than that, my experience at this clinic was really disappointing. The dental assistant was very unprofessional. st did not give me confidence at all. She talked and faced towards the staff standing at the door while her tools were still inside my mouth. She kept pulling my bottom lip which was uncomfortable. And during the final part of the treatment, her right hand was actually resting on the glasses I was wearing. I do not know how this can happen in a professional clinic.

I am satisfied with the root canals work and molar tooth crowning done at ProDental. My root canals procedure which preceded the replacement of a very old crown that came off was I believe, rather complicated. who professed she would not be able to help me to replace my old crown due to the worn down tooth - as a very good crowning specialist. Their counter staff members were also excellent in patient service and responding to queries. Their dental faciities and equipment were adequate and I felt I was in good hands to receive effective dental treatment. I would certainly recommend ProDental to family members and friends who need dental specialist treatment.

Especially when I expressed my fear of surgery, she didn't pressure me into any treatment. Instead, she guided me step by step to understand my condition and the necessity of treatment. After two years of basic treatment and observation, I finally mustered the courage to undergo minor periodontal surgery. The procedure went much more smoothly than I had imagined, and the recovery period was also very smooth under Dr. Saw's attentive guidance. Now, a year after the surgery, my teeth are very stable, the looseness has subsided, and my chewing function has returned to normal. For now, I just need to continue with basic oral care, including regular cleanings, proper brushing, and flossing. This treatment journey has made me realize the importance of professional doctors and has made me cherish my healthy teeth even more.

nd say Dr. Lim would be there. When I arrived at the clinic today, the staff led me to another doctor's room. Dr. Lim came in, spoke briefly with the doctor, handed everything over to Dr. Sarene, and then left. Dr. Sarene examined me and took X-rays, then gave me a vague treatment plan. She told me to remove all the filling to check for cracks. If there were no cracks, she would do root canal treatment and crowning. If there was a crack reaching the root, extraction would be the only option. I'm wondering, if it involves cutting open the tooth, why bother with X-rays and using an electric instrument to examine the nerve? After this whole ordeal, I simply can't feel comfortable entrusting my teeth to her treatment. I understand that clinics want to expand and strengthen their businesses, so they deliberately differentiate between doctors based on their expertise, allowing each doctor to utilize their strengths. But is it right to just randomly assign patients to other doctors? Moreover, this doctor seemed like an intern to me; he wasn't professional at all. The examination and X-ray cost RM190. The examination has been going on for over an hour, and my teeth are still a little uncomfortable from the electric shock. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. I will never go there again...

Hi Ms. Ling, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your unpleasant experience. Because you mentioned toothache yesterday, Dr. Lim suspected a root canal/pulp problem. Dr. Lim specializes in crowns and implants; root canals are not her area of expertise. Therefore, she delegated the examination to a endodontic colleague. We didn't "casually refer patients to other doctors"; rather, today you are better suited to see a endodontist than a crown specialist. We also indicated in our WhatsApp message that the endodontist would be responsible for the examination today, which you may not have noticed. The X-ray is to check for inflammation in the tooth root, and the electrical stimulation is to verify the health of the pulp. These examinations are necessary for us to determine if you need root canal treatment. This is one of the most professional and responsible procedures in dentistry. Our doctors have an average of over 10 years of experience; they are not interns. Thank you for your trust over the past 3 years. We hope your dental problem is resolved soon and you recover quickly.

bleeding had stopped. They injected a localized anesthesia on my lower gum before carrying out the surgery and I took only 1 pain killer tablet . I did not feel any pain at all after that. I will be going back to the dental clinic 3 months later for the crowning of my implants and the measurement for my dental bridge. I have since recommend several friends for dental treatment at the clinic
