The staff is friendly and welcoming. Insurance policies are accepted (the terms and conditions are written in Russian).

I was sent to this clinic through my insurance after I chipped my tooth. The whole repair took about five minutes and the filling was tiny. Three weeks later, the filling chipped off. I asked them to redo it and I wasn’t even asking for it to be free. First they told me it would cost 1,200 baht, then suddenly 2,500 baht. On top, every time I came in, the doctor was at least 30 minutes late. To be fair, they did make the night guards well. But that’s the level of service))

I communicated through Anton, a translator who guided me through the entire process. The clinic is small, but the interior is modern. The doctors are quite young. They examined me, took X-rays, and said the tooth needed to be extracted. I was very hesitant and refused the procedure because I have a denture attached to the tooth with hooks. I thought they simply didn't want to treat it. I decided to consult with my doctor in Russia, but she gave the same verdict. I was scheduled for the next day for an extraction. Everything went great. The anesthesia was good, and I felt no pain during the extraction. I was also worried about not being able to use the denture, but I bought some cream to hold it in place at the clinic. I thank the entire staff for their prompt response and problem-solving, and a special thank you to Anton.
