I waited three weeks to write this review so I could fully heal and make sure everything felt comfortable…and I’m happy to say it does. My teeth feel great, and I’m very pleased with the results. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the package included ground transportation and hotel accommodations, which were clean, organized, and convenient. They also did a full cleaning, checked my gums, and made sure everything was healthy before moving forward. My dad also had work done, and his experience was just as positive. He’s had zirconium crowns for over 40 years and has never had a proper bite..until now. He’s genuinely happy and can finally bite correctly. I’ve included a before and after photo, and I love how natural my teeth look. I know many people in the U.S. may feel hesitant about traveling abroad for medical or dental work, but if you do your research, there are highly qualified professionals out there. I personally verified that the doctors were registered and certified through Turkey’s dental board before moving forward. Overall, I had a great experience with Prime Dental and would absolutely recommend them.

Dr. Umur is extremely patient, explains everything clearly, and does everything he can to make you feel at ease. During my first 5-day visit, the crowns were placed. Later on, I realized that the teeth were a bit too long for my mouth but this was not the dentist’s fault. They genuinely ask you a thousand times if you’re happy, they encourage you to call family or friends for feedback, and you only leave when you give the green light. When I returned home to the Netherlands, I noticed I could barely close my mouth due to the canines. I was supposed to return three months later for the implants, but I informed them I couldn’t wait that long. They kindly arranged for me to come earlier, and during my vacation in March, they welcomed me back like family and adjusted the Cannes teeths. In June, I went back for the implants. I brought a visual booklet to explain exactly what I wanted and Dr. Umur really nailed it. My smile looks beautiful. One crown feels a bit thick at the back (not visible, just a slight sensation), and unfortunately, I’m still having trouble adjusting to the length of my teeth although I personally approved the design. Since I’m getting married soon and launching my business, I’ve been in the spotlight a lot and I still feel uncomfortable with the length of the crowns, even though they look amazing. That’s why I’ve already contacted Prime Dental again to replace my front 6 teeth. That’s how much I trust and appreciate their work.
