The best dental office in Turkey. They were so awesome and made my entire experience as seamless and painless as ever. The dentist Dr. Ugur is knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind. I had work done from the US (Florida) and I couldn’t say more proud things of the work I had done at prime dental. Dr. Ali Berk did all my work and it’s phenomenal. I had 3 implants and 20 crowns done. Also no way I could’ve gotten the amount of things done for the price with everything included. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely come back!

I came to Prime Dental to have my teeth done; I have dental agenesis, and it was a very delicate case. The dentist was very attentive, kind, and sensitive to my concerns. He listened to me and followed my wishes: a natural smile with a natural color. The service was perfect, as was the transportation. Thank you to the whole team; they were fantastic from beginning to end. Impeccable! 🤍

I came to have my removable dentures replaced with implants. The staff was very nice and professional. They explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. Night or day they were available to me. The staff and dentist speak English and I had no issues understanding them. I live my new teeth and am truly a satisfied client!

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt like I was at home. Every person I met—if only I could remember all their names!—treated me like family. From the driver who picked me up to every staff member in the clinic, they showered me with kindness and care. In Turkish, there's a beautiful saying, *"Gönülden gönüle yol vardır,"* which means “there is a road from one heart to another.” That’s exactly how it felt—like their hearts were reaching out to mine. Dr. Ali, may God bless his hands, is not just a skilled doctor, but an honest, sincere soul. When he looked at me and said, “You don’t need 20 zirconium crowns, only 16,” I knew I was in the hands of someone who truly cared for me. It wasn’t about money or business—it was about doing what was best for me. His sincerity brought tears to my eyes. And then the procedure itself—if I could describe the experience as anything, it would be “peace.” The pain? Barely a 2/10. His hands worked like magic, like he was sent from above to give me back something I thought was lost forever. *Allah ona uzun ömür versin* (May God grant him a long life). Now, for the first time since I was 12, I can’t stop smiling. Every time I look in the mirror, I can hardly believe it’s me. **Prime Dental Clinic**, you have given me back more than just my smile—you have given me my happiness, my confidence, my soul. Started out good, and went down to total disappointment Long story short. I chose Prime Dental Turkey in Izmir because I trusted them. Which was a massive mistake. Went there in March 2023 to get some implants. Plans had to change after xrays. Not their fault and I don’t blame them for that. We discussed some other options and I agreed to one. o finish “the project”. Before I left Izmir I was asked to pay for the entire procedure incl another 6 night hotel stay at $120 per night for when I come back upfront. I also paid the dental prosthesis that I was supposed to get 6 month later in full. I wasn’t really happy as they were not able to do what I actually asked for, but again…. My fault, I should have sent them xrays upfront. Back in my home town I had a consultation with a specialist, who assured me my goals can be achieved by a special technique. I signed up for it and they were able to the procedure the way I had hoped for. After a while I contacted Prime Dental Turkey to tell them I won’t come back in October as there was nothing left to do for them. I asked to get the dental prosthesis that hadn’t been made yet and the 6 nights hotel stay refunded. Out of the sudden they didn’t know what I was talking about and then stopped any communication. No refund, they just kept the money. In the end I received 2 implants for A LOT more money than I would have paid in the US. Lesson learned. On top of it one of the implants had to be removed as it hasn’t been placed properly. Gökay was very helpful until the day I asked to be partially refunded. Very disappointing experience at the end. Not a happy camper at all, would not recommend this clinic to anyone. After all a very disappointing experience, Izmir is very nice though, loved it.
