Rudy Adame We, my wife, my son and I got a complete veneer work and some implants. Price very reasonable, we spent about $35,000.00, for all the work that we requested, it could be around $100,000.00 in the USA. Our experience with doctors, Dr. Polanco, and Dr. Valdemar service, is amazing, they are Sensitive, Courteous, and very Professional. But our experience with the receptionist is very disappointed especially for the second or third appointment, she doesn’t communicate accordingly to the doctors level, when you ask questions she turn her face or her eyes to the side making you feel like you are bothering her, when you schedule second or third appointments is a problem, when they cancel for any reason she do not call or send an email, she doesn’t make the effort to call or send an email, then when you show up she just said, ho it was cancelled and I sent you a text but without and feeling like sorry that you came all the way for nothing. We have been waiting for my son implants for the last 2 moth, we have text called her, and she always said I will check and let you know and (that) let you know is whenever she wants or until you call or send a text again, we are very frustrated, and disappointed with Sara. We, my wife, son, and I received complete veneer work and some implants. Price was very reasonable. We spent about $35K, for all the work that was performed. This could of cost us $100K or more in the U.S. Our experience with Dr. Polanco and Dr. Valdemar’s service has been amazing, they are Sensitive, Courteous, and Very Professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist has been vey disappointing. Especially when concerning the second and third appointments. Her communication skills and bed side manners lack the caliber of the doctors. When questioned are asked she will turn away from you and or roll her eyes in a manner to suggest that you are bothering her. This is also very apparent when scheduling second and third appointments. When your office cancels an appointment, no notice is given, not a call, text, or email. No effort is given to reschedule or notify us of the cancellation. When arriving for what we thought was a scheduled visit, we are then notified that the appointment has been cancelled. Without any remorse, apology, or sympathy of having to have come all the way for basically nothing, we are simply told, “ Oh, it was cancelled, I sent you a text.” We have also been waiting on my sons implants for the last 2 months. Every time we call and or text her, we repeatedly get the same response, “I will check and let you know.” And that “let you know” never happens. We have to call and text again only to continue to get the same response. At this point we are very frustrated and disappointed with Sara.
