The highest possible recommendation for dentist Iva and her entire team. So professional, kind, always smiling and literally always available to ask for help. The best thing is that you can solve all your problems in one place, they gave me Invisalign therapy and also solved my teeth repair.

I only had my teeth sandblasted, but the doctor really surprised me with her kindness and approachability. The receptionist was also very kind and pleasant. The doctor is very gentle with her hands, she doesn't want to "push" anything, but gives realistic and useful advice.

The Invisalign procedure itself was simple, my teeth were straightened within a year and a half, and although I wanted to live with a retainer, in the end it turned out to be much better without wires. Thanks to Niveus, they did everything they could!

I just went this morning to the dentist to do teeth cleaning. The price on the website and the price my wife paid for (2 weeks earlier) was 40 EUR. After they finished cleaning my teeth, they charged me 80 EUR, saying it's 40 EUR per jaw. I'm 100% sure they charged me double because I spoke in English. at doesn't make sense given their public prices. For other services such as prosthesis, vivera retainer, invisalign you do mention it's per jaw, however for the teeth cleaning there's no "per jaw" mentioned. If you don't want to get scammed, don't go to Poliklinika Niveus in Grada Mainza. Too bad, the dentist working there was nice. LE: Apparently I can't respond to the owner's comment. It's not about the money - which is why I did not request a refund. It's about you not respecting the price you wrote on the website that you publicly published on your website. I never hung up the phone, never insulted you as this is not how I handle interactions with people or businesses.

A perfect 10 for the staff and treatments at the clinic. After 3 skin pen treatments my scars are much smaller, and some have completely disappeared! Thank you!

I came there to start my Invisalign therapy because I saw recommendations for them, and they had a discount for Invisalign therapy during that period. and said I have 10 caries!!! I was shocked but very calmly asked where I should fix this, and she replied I can do that wherever I want and they will give me their offer. When I asked if I can get the list of rotten teeth, she ignored my question. Having 10 caries is not possible as I visit my stomatologist very frequently and fix everything immediately, and my oral hygiene is great! The worst part is when I received their offer - 43,000 kunas (around 5,700 euros) for removing 3 wisdom teeth, 10 caries fixes, full Invisalign therapy, retainer, etc., etc. I believe they scam their potential clients by suggesting some repairs that are not needed, and I proved it when I came to another clinic and started my Invisalign therapy without removing any tooth or fixing any caries, because guess what, I did not have any! Just to mention - the second clinic where I started my therapy has the status of Invisalign Diamond provider and they are the only clinic in Croatia that has it. I strongly advise skipping Poliklinika Niveus if you want Invisalign therapy.

At free examinations we offer a solution with regard to the request, the patient is not obliged to accept the same. We try to dedicate time to each patient and make a treatment plan as needed, given that our patient's health comes first. Along with Dr. Iva and Dr. Zrinka, at the first examination we used an iTERO 5D scanner for caries which is not visible to the naked eye. We are the first clinic to introduce this into its way of doing business in order to offer the best service to patients.
