and I can say that I am more than satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism and with the simplicity with which she explained the "status" or condition of my facial skin. She calmly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The best thing is that she simplified everything so that I could better gain insight into my problem, which was itself shown in the image that she expertly explained, showing the flaws on my skin. I only managed to call to ask about something in the price list but the agent didn't know that. My partner is German and the guy doesn't understand anything Croatian but when he said she is super super rude from the tone of his voice that's enough. Can you give me a contact in Split where someone can talk in a civilized way if there isn't one in Zagreb?

Great expirience at policlinic Bagatin. Dr. Haris Varupa is such a great professio alist and warm and kind person. It was more than I expected and results on my face are great.

A very unpleasant experience with the dermatologist Haris who does not want to examine the moles without "exact instructions from the specialist which moles should be examined"... The nurses at the polyclinic are great, the staff is friendly and what can I say about Dr. Dermatologist... you guys don't waste your time
It was very terrible experience, in 7 minutes he told me nothing, actually I needed to ask questions what I found out on net that can maybe help me, but still he didn't have any positive answers. Then he told me that I need to use some cream for baby's. Just very very bad experience. It is a waste of time and money to go there. 7 minutes 70 euros. This is meant for the poliklinika in Split.
Bagatin Split wow! I am very satisfied with the approach to clients that this clinic has, from entering the counter to the entire treatment process is excellent. I feel great every time I come and when I leave Bagatin in Split. Dr. Danica Kesić is so professional, polite, and very good at what she does and her nurse is the same. Great team! all praise :D

I went to the Bagatin Polyclinic for whitening with a zoom lamp and the service was excellent. Doctor Nastja is extremely thorough in her work, attentive to patients and professional. I had a problem with my scalp and Dr. Kesić explained the problem to me in detail and in an accessible way, immediately prescribed therapy, and reassured me. The lady at the reception, as well as the nurse, were kind, helpful, and patient. I am grateful, now I am waiting for the results of the therapy.

At first I thought Dr. Nastja Asanović must be the best dentist in all of Croatia because she has a continuous stream of patients coming and she still managed to squeeze me in when I had an emergency. right away. Katarina, the coordinator, was amazing at communicating. She got back to me immediately, gathered my info regarding what was going on, her knowledge of dentistry was clear from the questions she asked me and realizing the urgency of my situation found a way to coordinate a time slot with Dr. Asanović to see me right away. Dr Asanović was so thorough in investigating what the issue was and gathering my medical/dental history, I immediately knew I was in great hands. Not only thorough, she is such a perfectionist to the point of her treatment and approach, you would think her patients were her own children. Her blend of professionalism, expertise and caring, I have yet to see in my lifetime of dental experience. She's also down to earth and just a great human being. She took care of me as fast as possible without compromising integrity. Her assistant Mara is wonderful and knowledgeable as well. Everyone who works in her office is professional and kind. The receptionists welcomed me warmly every time I came into the office with coffee, water making sure I was comfortable. The entire experience from Katarina to Dr Nastja Asanović was incredible. Outside of the office one day at the beach, I met a woman who told me she grew up in Split and now lives in another country but was home to see her excellent dentist... Dr Asanović! So... I'm pretty sure I was right in my thinking that Dr. Nastja Asanović is the best dentist in all of Croatia. I'm so grateful to have found her and her entire team.
