I went for clear aligner treatment, so they needed to take impressions, but they asked me to pay beforehand even though the impressions weren't taken. The assistant said they hadn't received the patient chart. How exactly do they operate? The company seems large with many branches, but their back-end system is terrible. Are the front desk staff not doing their job? Think twice before considering this place. Will they take responsibility if the orthodontic treatment doesn't go according to plan? Even the counter works like this. This is very disappointing. The staff showed no coordination or follow-up at all. Appointment dates were sent via LINE but left unread, and messages in chat were also ignored. The dentist and dental assistant provided good service, but the front desk staff were extremely poor. There was no reminder call before the appointment, and even on the appointment day there was no notification. When I raised the issue, they just said “sorry” without any attempt to fix or update anything. I even contacted the head office, but there has been no response or improvement. I went there for clear aligners, which required taking dental impressions. However, the staff asked me to make a payment before even taking the impressions. Meanwhile, the dental assistant said they had not received my patient chart. So how exactly are you managing your operations? The company looks large with many branches, but is the backend system really this poor? Is the front desk not doing their job? Anyone considering using this service should think carefully.
