The customer service was excellent. They provided advance phone and LINE reminders. The staff didn't push sales. The clinic looked clean, and the doctor who performed the procedure was polite and did a good job. The only downside is the very long waiting time; each appointment is at least an hour long, even though the procedure itself only takes about 10 minutes.

The dentist’s inability to manage their instruments resulted in them resting the heavy handpiece against my lower teeth, causing a pain. When corrected, the dentist simply shifted the weight to my upper teeth instead. Despite my full cooperation and positioning, the sheer lack of spatial awareness and dexterity made a simple filling feel like a traumatic, whole-mouth ordeal. 3. Systematic Operational Failure Your reservation system is a total failure. For the second time in a row, I was forced to wait 45 minutes despite having a prior appointment.
