I had a professional teeth cleaning and was very pleased. The procedure was gentle and painless. They removed tartar and plaque, and my teeth are noticeably cleaner and brighter. I have very sensitive teeth, so they did it under anesthesia, and everything went smoothly. The staff was polite, everything was clean and organized. I recommend it.
I haven't been to the dentist for about six years, and today my journey is complete: all my cavities are treated and all my wisdom teeth are removed. I'm writing this review for those who, like me, are terrified of dentists due to childhood injuries. I really liked that you can schedule an appointment via Telegram – it's super convenient. They respond quickly and immediately sent me a price…

e list. I honestly admitted that I didn't understand anything about this and didn't know where to start. They offered me a professional cleaning with a consultation. First step: I went to see Larisa Morozova and immediately said I was scared. She spoke to me so gently and carefully, explaining every step, that I completely stopped being nervous. After the cleaning, Larisa held a consultation, and I finally came up with a plan. IT DIDN'T HURT! Wisdom teeth removal: I went to Ksenia Vapnyar to have my wisdom teeth removed. I wanted to remove them in pairs, but Ksenia advised removing the upper one first, then the lower one, so I could get a feel for how the recovery was going. And if all went well, then remove the other side at once. And that's what they did. I kept waiting for the nightmare to begin, but in the end, they took the tooth out in a couple of minutes! Overall, I was in the chair for about 15-20 minutes, most of it under anesthesia. I didn't even realize it was over. Ksenia showed me the tooth, and I couldn't believe they'd taken it out so quickly. My main fear was that they'd break my jaw (yes, that's how it was), but Ksenia calmly explained why that was impossible and answered all my "stupid" questions. Incidentally, I had no swelling at all. I think that's partly due to my unique personality and certainly the doctor's gentle touch. You can also take the teeth back, which is what I did. IT DIDN'T HURT AT ALL! Caries treatment: After the extraction, I made an appointment with Larisa Morozova to have the remaining cavity treated. It's really cool that you can book a two-hour appointment at the clinic and have a large amount of work done in one sitting. It was so comfortable that I... fell asleep in the chair! Special thanks to Larisa for her patience with filing my fillings: for me, this is a trigger from childhood (doctors would yell at me if I said more than three times that something was "bothering me"). Here, they filed everything down to the last detail, using carbon copies, until I felt everything was perfect. No pressure, just support. I never felt even a hint of irritation, and the doctor always so kindly called me by name. IT DID NOT HURT AT ALL! Results: The clinic has a very warm atmosphere, everything is modern, and appointments are punctual. The receptionists are very polite. The prices are reasonable and completely transparent. I got everything cured in two and a half months—which is very gratifying, as I wanted everything done quickly. If you're worried, just tell the doctors directly; they won't judge you, but will help you. I'm passing the baton to my husband; he'll be getting treatment here too, because he's seen from me that it's neither painful nor scary. Thank you so much!
I came to the clinic with the feeling that the tooth could no longer be saved and that I would need an implant. After the review, Dr. Ksenia suggested a more conservative option restoring it with a crown. It has been almost 6 weeks now: the tooth has fully adapted, and I have no pain or discomfort at all. Everything feels natural and well integrated. An unexpected bonus my smile looks more…

re harmonious :) I would also like to highlight Dr. Ksenia, the clinic’s owner a truly highly professional, attentive, and caring doctor with a very gentle approach at every stage. I am genuinely glad I chose this clinic. It feels like a hidden gem: modern, clean, and supported by a strong and skilled team. Highly recommended!
I really liked the clinic. They helped me out in an unexpected situation, even though some clinics had turned me down. Special thanks to Dr. Tinatin. Thank you and I wish you continued success.
I'm sharing my negative experience with Dr. Ksenia Vapnyar. This is my subjective opinion, based on my situation and after consulting with several third-party specialists. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend either this doctor or this clinic. In October 2025, I sought the removal of a tooth with inflammation and a cyst in my sinus area (the sixth tooth in my upper jaw). The removal itself…

f was painless—perhaps the only positive aspect for me. After the removal, according to the doctor, the cyst was cleaned and a sponge was inserted into the wound. When I asked about the need for stitches, I was told they weren't necessary and that everything would heal "as is." On the day of the surgery, I began experiencing nasal discharge and a sensation of air passing between my mouth and sinus. I consulted the doctor, but was assured that "everything was fine" and no further action was required. I returned 2-3 days after the extraction, where the doctor looked at the X-ray taken on the day of the extraction. She didn't bother to take another one, completely ignoring my comments about air passing between the oral cavity and the sinus. WHICH CLEARLY INDICATED THE PRESENCE OF A TRANSIENT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE ORAL CAVITY AND THE PARASAL SINUS. Now, looking back, I suspect the passage could have been opened as she did (but very small, almost imperceptible), or I could have done so by creating pressure in the oral cavity. Or perhaps the passage had enlarged for this reason. It's impossible to know now, and it's not important. She gave me standard recommendations, without taking into account the specifics of my case. For example, she didn't emphasize the need to avoid creating pressure in the oral cavity, which, as I later learned from other specialists, can be critical if there is a communication with the sinus. I was sneezing and blowing my nose, creating this pressure, including when rinsing my mouth. The doctor told me straight out right after the extraction, even before taking an x-ray, that my bone was very thin and that the tooth was root-first in the sinus. I'm not a surgeon, of course, but if the tooth was root-first in the sinus, and if she told me she was cleaning out a cyst, then how could she not see the opening? I don't understand. So I ended up waiting for five months, waiting for a miracle. After five months, I went to other doctors, in another country. After an examination, they confirmed a through connection between my mouth and sinus (visible on the x-ray). They didn't do a CT scan at that time because the wound had to be opened and sutured anyway. During the surgery, they discovered a new cyst and inflammation had formed. They removed everything and performed a gum graft, placing stitches to close the passage. I also needed a two-week course of antibiotics. The stitches were removed after two weeks. And now everything is fine. All of this could have been avoided if I had received stitches, or ideally, if they had offered me gum surgery and sutured everything immediately after the extraction. Or, at the very least, if they had given me proper recommendations (I was given a standard sheet with recommendations after an uncomplicated tooth extraction). Immediately after this operation, I contacted the clinic in Batumi, hoping for a constructive dialogue. Perhaps I initially expressed myself emotionally, but I subsequently provided medical documents and examination results. However, my arguments were not accepted, and the doctor's position remained unchanged. Moreover, the doctor's reaction struck me (and not only me) as inappropriate. She threatened legal action and spoke of some kind of injured honor. After all, no one in this world makes mistakes, right? I got the impression that this doctor simply doesn't consider acknowledging possible complications or errors. And yet, I am ultimately paying for her mistake not only with money but also with lost time for orthodontic treatment. Even though the doctor is very experienced, they can make mistakes, and there's nothing criminal about it (unless it's fatal, of course). But her behavior and denial of guilt in this situation speak volumes. And if you find yourself in a similar situation with her, you won't get anything out of her. Not even a banal apology, let alone compensation.
I want to express my gratitude to the dental team! The appointment went wonderfully. Special thanks to my doctor, Ekaterina—a true professional, she did everything carefully and painlessly. And also to my assistant, Boris, who supported and assisted me every step of the way. I was very pleased with everything. I'll only come to you from now on!
