Did my root canal and crowning treatment with Dr Jolene over the course of 1 month. Dr Jolene is super careful, professional, patient and skilled. Had a great experience here. The clinic is clean, and Dr Shana was very gentle and professional and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and the charges were rather reasonable. I really appreciated the Little touches like the corner table they have set up for bead making. The dentist answered all my questions and provided detailed explanations before and after the procedure. The extraction was quick and precise, and the anesthesia was effective, so I didn't feel any pain at all.

Dr Jolene at Pink and White Dental is both considerate and meticulous in her work. She is careful to make sure that clients understand all procedures exactly and that they are comfortable with what is happening. I have visited her for work ranging from a filling to root canal, extraction and implant and I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Dr Jolene Lai is a godsend. I've always hated visiting dentists for the same reason a lot of people are. However, Dr Jolene was patient, gentle and caring in the most assuring way so much so that my fear of dentists was immediately extinguished. Lovely dental trip for my boy to visit Dr Jolene. It was a pleasant experience and her work on my son's chipped teeth is quality and on point. Patiently explaining every step of the way to us.
