Had scaling, polishing and fluoride treatment done. Dr Shana was thorough with the cleaning and will let you know what step sheโs performing. Sheโs also knowledgeable when sharing dental advice and super patient with questions. Will recommend this dental clinic!

I have been to this clinic for a few years now and their professionalism and patient care never disappoints. My most recent visit was to do some fillings with Dr Shana - she was thorough in explaining the procedure and was gentle when doing the fillings. I am very grateful. Also, their staff, Awin & Ayull are always friendly and helpful. Have been recommending Pink&White Dental to family and friends. Keep up the good work! :)

Thank you Dr Jolene for the meticulous dental services. My 5 yrs old son who is curious and ask lots of question, Dr Jolene patiently explain and share with him without hesitation. My son did not fuss during the process and after the dental service, he had a packet of pokemon card as a reward. He said he enjoy the dental service and want to come back again. Went for dental scaling yesterday and absolutely loved the ambience of the clinic โ it even has a little DIY jewelry station, which is such a cute touch! โจ I was attended to by Dr. Tai, and I honestly couldnโt be happier with the experience. Iโve always dreaded dental scaling because my teeth are quite sensitive, but to my surprise, the entire process was completely painless. Dr. Tai was incredibly gentle, professional, and efficient everything went so smoothly, and my teeth feel super clean now! She also took the time to listen as I shared some of my dental concerns and even gave me thoughtful advice. Truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much, Dr. Tai! ๐ฅฐ๐ฉท

Did my root canal and crowning treatment with Dr Jolene over the course of 1 month. Dr Jolene is super careful, professional, patient and skilled. I was worried with the soreness and pain that Iโve heard from others about the treatment, but I have not experienced anything like it after all my sessions. Will definitely visit again from Singapore to get my teeth done by Dr Jolene in the future!

It was my first time visiting a dental clinic in JB, and I picked Pink & White Dental as it had good reviews and also they had available slot to match my availability. Firstly, the team at PNW are truly responsive, professional and patient. They did a full X-ray to capture and identify the problem areas with my teeth. Secondly, My Dentist, Dr New, patiently and professionally explained to me about my teeth and gum health without any rush, and answered all my questions clearly in detail. For my first session, I did a root canal treatment on one of my front incisor as I had a crack due to fall and the previous filling came off after many years. Not only was the whole procedure painless, it was also comfortable and assuring throughout. Dr New took care to ensure that I'm ok during the procedure =) He went to extra mile to ensure that my crack was patched up and done very neatly and cleanly as he said that it was important especially for the front teeth to look nice haha. The support dental staff was also very attentive and helpful. Thirdly, the team was very responsive throughout and checked in with me a couple of days after my treatment to check that I was feeling ok =). I'm very grateful to Dr New and the team at PNW and happy with my smile now! Looking forward to my subsequent visits! =)

Had a great experience here. The clinic is clean, and Dr Shana was very gentle and professional and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and the charges were rather reasonable. I really appreciated the Little touches like the corner table they have set up for bead making. Itโs such a thoughtful idea and the bracelets are free to take! Highly recommended.

Dr. Jolene is a very professional and friendly doctor. She explains everything clearly to her patients and performs each procedure with great care. My son's 1st time to the Dentist at the age of 4 years old. Initially, we were scheduled with Dr Tai but on the actual day, we requested for an earlier slot and was assigned to Dr New. My son was the bravest I must say (after lots of prep talks and assurance). Dr New was kid friendly, he greeted and interacted with my son, somehow we felt the Blippi character :D For a 1st timer, no cries, no screams, no "i want mummy". I was able to be in the process and Dr New shared some knowledge on how to maintain good oral hygiene for my son. He has no major concerns, mom was just being a mom - he had food stains and I can say 98% were cleaned and polished!
