A solid, well-run Picasso branch in the Tay Ho Tay area serving the expat and diplomatic community, strong on English communication, conservative honest advice and transparent pricing. Treatment skews routine rather than complex full-arch work. Minor weaknesses are difficult parking, occasional rescheduling and a templated feel to many reviews.

Authenticity

9/10

Verified branch at LKC22 Embassy Garden, Tay Ho Tay, Bac Tu Liem; part of the established network with external listings, named dentists, and reviews that include honest minor criticisms.

Treatment quality

8/10

Good outcomes on cleanings, fillings, crowns, wisdom extractions, root canals and one Invisalign case, with conservative no-upsell advice praised; cases skew routine and one bonding initially felt thick.

Cleanliness

8/10

Reviews consistently describe clean, modern treatment rooms with no hygiene complaints, though without the detailed sterilisation audit seen at the Old Quarter flagship.

Team

8/10

Named dentists (Dr Lynn, Dr Linh), fluent English, accommodating of irregular schedules, and repeatedly praised for patience with children and anxious patients.

Price value

8/10

Transparent pricing 50-70 percent below Western rates, consistently called fair; one reviewer noted a phone-versus-invoice price discrepancy.

Tourist suitability

8/10

Open 7 days near West Lake and major hotels, English staff, same-day urgent fit-ins, airport pickup and hotel partnerships; parking is repeatedly flagged as difficult.

What comes up well

phòng khám rất sạch sẽ, bác sĩ tay nghề tốt. lấy cao răng và trám một cái. giá hợp lý cho chất lượng. (Very clean clinic, skilled dentist. Scaling and one filling. Reasonable price for the quality.) recommend

Swedish, my husband works at the embassy. We have two daughters age 5 and 8 and finding a dental clinic that handles kids well was important. The team here has been brilliant with both girls. The younger one was terrified of the chair on her first visit and they spent the whole appointment just letting her sit there, look at the tools, ride the chair up and down. No actual dentistry that day.…

She came back the next visit ready to have a proper cleaning. That kind of patience is invaluable to anxious parents.

came in for a chipped tooth. fixed in 40 mins, looks fine. dentist was good. one annoyance is the credit card machine was down so i had to walk to an ATM for cash, would be good if they had a backup. otherwise solid clinic.

Greek, retired and visiting Hanoi for an extended stay with my wife. We both came in for cleanings and full check-ups since it had been over a year since our last visit back home. The dentist was thorough and identified a small issue with one of my crowns that my dentist in Athens had missed. We will be returning here for any future dental needs during our Vietnam stays. Excellent value and…

Genuinely the most pleasant dental visit I've had in my adult life. The receptionist made me a tea while I waited. The dentist explained every single step. The cleaning was thorough but gentle. I never thought I'd describe going to the dentist as relaxing but here we are.

Belgian, in Hanoi for an 8 month contract. Needed to get a few things sorted before flying back to Brussels. Full check, deep cleaning, two old fillings replaced, and a new crown on a molar. All done over two weeks. The dentist was efficient and the work was top quality. My Belgian dentist examined everything on my return and was impressed. Total cost was less than the crown alone would have…

Egyptian engineer working on infrastructure projects in Hanoi. Have lived here for 18 months. My company's insurance covers Picasso Westlake which is how I first came here. I have stayed because the quality is genuinely top tier. Cleaning, two fillings, and a recent root canal all handled professionally. The dentist is patient with my many questions and answers them all in clear English. I trust…

Greek expat living in Hanoi for almost four years now. Picasso Westlake has been my dental home since I arrived. Cleanings every six months, two fillings over the years, and most recently a small crown on a back molar. Consistently excellent service. The dentist who has handled most of my care is genuinely skilled and takes her time. I would happily refer any of my Greek friends to this clinic.

decent experience overall. cleaning was thorough, filling was done well, no pain during or after. wait time was a bit long both visits, maybe 25 minutes past my appointment. front desk should communicate better when running behind. 4 stars but i will still come back.

I'm Indian, my husband is Vietnamese, and we live in Tay Ho district. Picasso Westlake is our family dentist now. Both of our children (ages 6 and 9) have been here for routine work and the dentists are wonderful with kids. My husband and I have had cleanings and I had two crowns done last year that are still perfect. We feel completely confident in the care our family receives here. Thank you…

Wisdom teeth out, all four, one appointment. Was nervous as hell going in. Came out feeling fine within a day. Aftercare instructions were clear and the team called the next day to check on me. Recovery was smooth. Great experience.

I am French Canadian, living in Hanoi with my wife and our two kids. Our whole family uses Picasso Westlake for all our dental needs. The clinic is impeccable, the staff is multilingual which makes things easy, and the quality of care is genuinely excellent. We have had everything from cleanings to a crown to my daughter's first ever dental visit handled here. Everyone walks out happy.

amazing dentist, super gentle. my anxiety has eased so much since coming here. they really listen to you. cleaning + 1 filling done so far, both excellent.

I am from Mexico, working at the embassy in Hanoi. Came in for a thorough check-up after putting off dental work during the pandemic. Needed quite a lot of catching up. Two cavities, a deep cleaning, and a chipped front tooth that needed bonding. All done over three appointments across two weeks. The team is excellent and they speak good English. The dentist explained everything carefully and…

the costs were always clear before any procedure began. Very satisfied.

Visiting my son who works in Hanoi. Cracked a tooth eating peanuts on day three of my visit. Was worried it would ruin my whole trip. Picasso Westlake saw me next morning, did a temporary fix that day, and the permanent crown was ready within a week. Cost was unbelievably reasonable. I'm 68 and very nervous about new healthcare experiences abroad but this clinic was as good as anything I've had at…

Good clinic. Came for cleaning and check, dentist found one tiny cavity, fixed it on the spot which saved me a second trip. Efficient. Only complaint is the music in the waiting room is a bit loud, but that's me being picky. Treatment quality is great. Will come back.

Australian living in Hanoi for almost five years. I have tried four different dental clinics in this city and Picasso Westlake is far and away the best. The clinical standards are excellent, the staff are warm and professional, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. I have had everything done here from routine cleanings to a full root canal and crown. Every single experience has…

been positive. I tell every new expat I meet about this clinic.

Brendan O'Sullivan via Google 4.0 out of 5
Decent clinic, came in for an emergency after losing a filling on a hike. They fit me in same day which was great. Repair was quick and well done. Only knocking off a star because the front desk seemed a bit chaotic that day with three people checking in at once and only one receptionist. Maybe staffing the front desk a bit better during peak times would help. Treatment itself was perfectly fine.

Portuguese, my husband is Vietnamese. We've lived in Hanoi for three years and both of us go to Picasso Westlake for our dental care. He had a complex bridge done last year and I have had two cleanings and one filling. Both of us are very satisfied with the quality. The team is patient with my Portuguese-accented English and his Vietnamese. Highly recommend.

Quick painless cleaning, dentist was lovely, paid less than my coffee budget for the month. Will be back.

I had been postponing dental work for far too long because of severe anxiety stemming from a bad experience as a child. A friend recommended Picasso Westlake specifically because of how patient they had been with her own anxious sister. From my first phone call to book the appointment, the staff was warm and reassuring. The dentist explained everything before doing anything and gave me…

permission to raise my hand if I needed her to pause. We did the work in small chunks over several appointments rather than rushing everything in one go. I cannot describe what a difference this made for me. I left after my final appointment in tears of relief.

Visiting from Osaka. Lost a crown two days before flying home. Picasso Westlake replaced it temporarily within hours and arranged for the permanent crown to be mailed to my Japanese dentist for fitting at home. Incredible flexibility and customer service. Cost was minimal compared to what an emergency visit in Japan would have been.
Ingrid via Google 4.0 out of 5
Good clinic, very clean, dentist competent. Came in for two cleanings six months apart and a small filling between them. All went well. The only thing I would change is that the chairs in the waiting area are very firm and uncomfortable. Minor thing but I usually wait at least 10 minutes for my appointment and a softer seat would be appreciated. Dental work itself is great quality.
Adaeze Nwosu via Google 5.0 out of 5
I was so nervous about visiting a dentist in a country where I don't speak the language. The staff at Picasso Westlake immediately put me at ease, all communication was in clear English, and the dentist took time to explain my options for replacing a missing molar. I chose an implant and the whole process from extraction of the broken root to final crown placement took about four months. Healing…
