A solid, well-run Picasso branch in the Tay Ho Tay area serving the expat and diplomatic community, strong on English communication, conservative honest advice and transparent pricing. Treatment skews routine rather than complex full-arch work. Minor weaknesses are difficult parking, occasional rescheduling and a templated feel to many reviews.

Authenticity

9/10

Verified branch at LKC22 Embassy Garden, Tay Ho Tay, Bac Tu Liem; part of the established network with external listings, named dentists, and reviews that include honest minor criticisms.

Treatment quality

8/10

Good outcomes on cleanings, fillings, crowns, wisdom extractions, root canals and one Invisalign case, with conservative no-upsell advice praised; cases skew routine and one bonding initially felt thick.

Cleanliness

8/10

Reviews consistently describe clean, modern treatment rooms with no hygiene complaints, though without the detailed sterilisation audit seen at the Old Quarter flagship.

Team

8/10

Named dentists (Dr Lynn, Dr Linh), fluent English, accommodating of irregular schedules, and repeatedly praised for patience with children and anxious patients.

Price value

8/10

Transparent pricing 50-70 percent below Western rates, consistently called fair; one reviewer noted a phone-versus-invoice price discrepancy.

Tourist suitability

8/10

Open 7 days near West Lake and major hotels, English staff, same-day urgent fit-ins, airport pickup and hotel partnerships; parking is repeatedly flagged as difficult.

Good clinic overall. Got a cleaning, all fine. The dentist mentioned I should consider replacing two old fillings sooner rather than later which I appreciated as a heads up. Booked the work for next month. Only thing was the air conditioning in the treatment room was set quite cold which made it hard to relax. Minor thing but worth a mention.

Polish IT consultant, in Hanoi for an 18 month contract. Picasso Westlake came up first when I searched for English speaking dentists. Had a comprehensive check-up that revealed two cavities I had no idea about plus moderate gum inflammation. We did a deep cleaning treatment first, then the two fillings two weeks apart. Gums look much healthier now and the fillings are barely visible. Cost for…

everything combined was less than what one filling costs in Warsaw.

got my invisalign top up trays here mid-treatment after starting in Australia. they handled the transition perfectly, scanned me, ordered the next stages, kept me on track. saved me flying home or paying way more elsewhere. so grateful

Italian, retired and visiting my son who works in Hanoi. He insisted I get my long-overdue dental work done while here because of the price difference. He was right. Had a thorough check, deep cleaning, one new crown to replace an old discolored one, and two fillings replaced. All done over three weeks. Quality is genuinely on par with what I receive in Milan. Total cost was less than a single…

crown back home. Bravo to the team.

Brazilian, here on a six month exchange program. Cracked a tooth playing football with friends. The clinic saw me the next morning, took xrays, explained that the crack went into the pulp and I would need a root canal. The procedure was done over two visits and a crown was placed two weeks later. No issues since. The dentist communicated everything clearly in English and made me feel comfortable…

Swiss, working at the UN office in Hanoi. Have been coming to Picasso Westlake for two years now for routine maintenance. Cleanings, one filling replaced, one small bonding repair on a chip I got from biting a pen lid. The dentist is wonderful, the standards are consistent, and the pricing is honest. I have referred several colleagues here and they all stayed as patients too.

good service, clean clinic, fair prices. cleaning + 1 filling. would come back.

I am a journalist based in Hanoi covering Southeast Asian affairs and I do not have time for inefficient healthcare experiences. Picasso Westlake respects my schedule. Appointments start on time, treatment is efficient without feeling rushed, and follow-up communication is clear. Had a deep clean, one crown replaced, and a small bonding repair done across four appointments. All on schedule, all on…

French, working at a luxury hotel in Hanoi for the past year. I am very particular about service standards (it is my profession) and Picasso Westlake meets them. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, every interaction feels considered. The dentist is technically excellent and personable. The hygienist is gentle and thorough. The receptionist remembers personal details that make repeat…

Filipino expat, working in Hanoi for almost six years. Picasso Westlake has been my dental home for the last three of those years after I switched from another clinic. The difference in quality is substantial. I have had everything from routine cleanings to a complex bridge replacement done here. Every interaction has been professional, the pricing transparent, and the work consistently excellent.…

I would not consider going anywhere else now.

Cleaning was good, dentist found a cavity I didn't know about, filled it the same week. Solid work overall. Minor gripe is the appointment was rescheduled twice by them before it actually happened which was a bit annoying when planning around work. Once they fit me in though the experience was great. Would still recommend.

Icelandic, in Hanoi for six months while my partner works on a research project. Got a cleaning and one filling. The dentist was warm and the work was excellent. I have very sensitive teeth and they used a gentle approach throughout. No discomfort at all. Plus the cost for both was less than a single filling back home.

Took my dad here when he came to visit me in Hanoi. He's 73 and pretty stubborn about new healthcare. He grumbled about going but came out raving about the dentist and the service. Got two crowns replaced and a deep clean. He still talks about how nice everyone was three months later. Score one for international dentistry.

had my front tooth fixed after biting into a frozen pizza like an idiot. they fit me in same day and did beautiful bonding work. cannot see where the chip was. saved my dignity. thank you

I am a general practitioner from Karachi visiting my sister who has lived in Hanoi for years. She insisted I come along for my regular cleaning while I was here. I was skeptical about getting dental care abroad but the standards at Picasso Westlake genuinely impressed me as a fellow medical professional. Strict infection control, modern equipment, clear documentation, evidence-based treatment…

Had a long-overdue cleaning and got two cavities sorted. Dentist was no-nonsense and efficient, which I appreciated. Got me in and out in good time. Will be back.

Russian living in Hanoi with my partner for three years. I have a complicated dental history with several previous root canals and crowns done in Moscow. Picasso Westlake has handled all my maintenance since I moved here. They worked carefully with my existing crowns and never tried to convince me to replace work that didn't need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare and I appreciate it deeply.

Spanish, in Hanoi for six months on a project. Got a cleaning and one filling done. Quality of work was good. The only issue I had was that the price quoted on the phone differed slightly from what I was charged on the day. They explained it was because they added a fluoride treatment which I had agreed to verbally but I didn't realize it was an extra cost. Lesson learned. Otherwise good…

Lebanese living in Hanoi, my husband is here on a diplomatic posting. Picasso Westlake is recommended through the embassy network and now I understand why. Had a thorough check-up after years of putting it off (we have moved countries three times in five years and dental care got pushed aside). The team was non-judgmental and helped me get caught up on cleanings, two fillings, and a small…

bonding repair. All done over a month. Already booked my next check-up.

Great clinic. Wisdom tooth out, no drama. Recovery was easy. Cost like a third of what my dentist quoted in Manchester. Plus I got pho for lunch after. Win win.

Dutch, working remotely from Hanoi for two years. Came in for invisalign consultation initially. Ended up doing the treatment which took 11 months. Dr Linh managed my case and she was meticulous. Mid-treatment one tooth wasn't tracking the way it should have and she added a few refinement trays to correct it without charging me extra. The end result is fantastic and I am thrilled. My partner who…

Irish, been in Hanoi for almost two years teaching at one of the international schools. Came to Picasso Westlake after my colleague raved about them. Had a full check, cleaning, and one tiny cavity filled in the same morning. Dentist spotted that I grind my teeth at night and recommended a nightguard which I didn't even know I needed. Bought one through the clinic and the headaches I'd been…
