I had extensive dental work done here by Dr Adrian which included removal of 3 wisdom teeth, a crown, teeth cleaning and 3 fillings. From the start I could not have been happier with the service. When I was in Vietnam I really needed an dentist, gladly I found Serenity Int. Dental Clinic they helped me to find the cause. The personal was friendly, everything was very clean and they had top technology. Without an appointment they immediately got some time for me. :)

I have to say this is really an excellent dentist. I'm very scared of the visits at the dentist so going in Vietnam had me worried sick. But the doctor at serenity was very good. Everything is clean, they understand english and the treatment quality is great. I've been to dentists in germany that were much worse.
I came over to Vietnam for a backpacking trip and decided to get some dental work done. I’m so glad I came across this location! I would highly recommend requesting Dr Adrian from Germany as he calmed my nerves when I’m usually very anxious at the dentist. I wish I could rate 10* instead of 5*! I’m extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone from Receptionist to Dentist. I used to have severe gum disease and I got my 2 treatments back in the US thinking the result must have been better than in VN. And guess what? y. Doctor Giang was in charge of my case and I must say, he is the best and the sweetest ever! ;) after 2 treatments and my gum was back to the healthy state, smth I could’ve never dreamt of. I also got 4 of my “stupid” teeth removed in Serenity and it all went smoothly well. Managing a successful Dental practice is definitely a team effort. So I’m thankful to each and everyone’s efforts in the team. :)
After thoroughly researching various options and discussing alternatives with my Aussie dentist, I made the trip to Hanoi in August 2015. All upper teeth were crowned and lower teeth removed and implants installed. (where it would have cost a fraction of this). I was told by Aussie dentist there’s a 10% chance that any full crown will require a root canal down the track. My Aussie dentist and the endodontist both commented on the quality of Dr Emily’s work - equal to anything they’d seen by local specialists. I have two friends who had been to local specialists for cosmetic work and paid a fortune - one seriously looks like bugs bunny with huge top teeth that are a different colour to his bottom teeth - the other had his veneered - again huge and so white they look ridiculous. Whereas mine look completely natural - Dr Emily even suggested we leave one as it was (slightly crooked) - good call! I’ve waited 2 years before writing a review ..... just in case.....but everything has turned out perfectly. I can now eat without pain, no more bleeding gums, no more bad breath - and of course I can smile with confidence......and I got to travel to Vietnam, HK and Cambodia! Albert, Dr Emily and the staff at Serenity were fantastic - I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! This morning I visited the office for a consultation and a basic cleaning. The experience was wonderful. The entire staff is very welcoming, polite and professional, and the service provided was as top notch as any I've ever had in the US. And all of this for the incredible price of $30 US. I highly recommend this practice to everyone, whatever your needs may be. Shalom!

medication and opened on Sunday for us so they could get in a surgeon for Kevin. I cannot imagine that happening in Brisbane. I hate dentists at the best of times and was just there for a check up and teeth whitening but the make you feel at ease and relaxed. The second year we returned was to finish off work that my husband could not fit in the first year. The third year it was my turn to have a root canal and crown after the shock of the cost at home. Straight away I thought no it will be cheaper for me to Travel and stay in Hanoi and get done there and better service. Once again Albert was there to greet us by name on arrival. I went upstairs to be introduced to Adrian and he went to work straight away explaining everything along the way. Adrian even prescribed medication to get rid of a small infection which brisbane did not even advise me to take to clear up. After xrays Adrian showed me some cracked fillings that I have had since primary school that may need replacing eventually. I knew it would be cheaper for Adrian to replace them all then and there compared to home. With all upfront costs provided I knew I was going to be way infront getting them replaced in Hanoi and the feeling of being relaxed and in good hands. I had way more work done in Hanoi and including flight and accommodation was way way cheaper than just the cost of a root canal and crown in Brisbane. Thank you Adrian for all your support I only hope you are there next year when we will probably visit again. If not I wish you all the success and best of luck. Very professional dental clinic. I was a little nervous as i could'nt exactly locate the issue. The ladies behind the desk were very helpfull and made me feel at ease. Adrian did a great job at helping me find out where my pain came from. Im not great with needles but made it as quick painless as possible. Thank you for resolving my dental issues! Would definitely recommend this place.
I made an appointment for a check up, followed by having some cavities removed and Dr. Adrian Baral did a fantastic job! He was very professional and made the appointment comfortable and seamless. I usually dread going to the dentist, but with such kind and professional staff I will definitely be booking future appointments with zero hesitations.
