Excellent clinic, you can go there with complete confidence! Following a motorcycle accident in Vietnam, I was initially supposed to have my stitches removed, but the wound wasn't looking good when I arrived at the clinic. They reopened it, cleaned it thoroughly, and made sure everything was okay before closing the wound again. A very good experience; they know what they're doing. The doctor and…

Dr. Phanomsay Phakan was very helpful with my severe allergy to the cream. He put me on the right medication. He was incredibly kind, compassionate and helpful. I definitely recommend him if you have any problems. Iveta

Great clinic, Dr.Phakan and the nurses are wonderful - I was quite flustered when I came in and they were all so kind and patient with me. I felt very safe and cared for. Was able to get the first dose of my rabies vaccine and Japanese encephalitis vaccine in my appointment as well. They provide you with everything you need for insurance.

Following a breast abscess, I came to this clinic where I received excellent care. In four hours, I saw a doctor and a surgeon, had blood drawn, an ultrasound, minor surgery, and then intravenous antibiotics. This was followed by three days of follow-up (antibiotics and dressing changes). The doctor and nurses were lovely, attentive, and very professional. The price was quite reasonable! I…

highly recommend it! A huge thank you to the surgeon who relieved my pain and continued my care for the three days, as well as to the entire team for their kindness and compassion!

We visited this medical clinic in Luang Prabang when my wife was feeling unwell. The waiting time was very short, and she was seen immediately. The doctor who treated my wife was incredibly compassionate and calming, which helped put her at ease. She underwent a blood test, and it was discovered that she had food poisoning. She received immediate treatment and was given the option of either…

tablets or an IV; we chose the tablets. Just a few hours later, my wife was already feeling much better and reassured — which is especially important while traveling, as being sick can be very stressful. Excellent clinic with a wonderful doctor — highly recommended!

I was crashing out feeling horrible, trying to find a medical clinic where they would understand me. This place was great, I was in an out in a little over and hour. Test results, medication, and everything! I don’t think i’ve ever written a google review but if you are traveling in the area and overwhelmed trying to find some sort of health care, GO HERE!

I highly recommend this clinic. They speak excellent English, provide care according to WHO standards, and give you all the necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement upon your return from your trip. Thank you again for everything!

I went to the clinic after suffering from food poisoning. The staff were absolutely perfect: attentive, responsive, and very professional, they took care of me immediately upon my arrival. I received an IV drip and antibiotics, and I stayed until I felt completely better. It's important to know that the clinic sees tourists daily for this type of problem, so they have a lot of experience. A huge…

thank you to the whole team for their efficiency and kindness 🙏🏼

What a friendly, attentive, warm, and motivated team! I felt very comfortable and welcome, even though they were quite busy! The practice was very full (9:00 AM), yet I was seen very quickly. The doctor examined me, gave me good advice, and prescribed helpful medications, which are dispensed on-site. I might need to go back to have an abscess drained. Since I was also there today for lung…

problems, I'm not worried about a possible minor procedure. Everything seems incredibly clean and professional. I paid about $40 for several (!!!) examinations, broad-spectrum antibiotics, painkillers, and plenty of expectorant. 👍 (Card accepted) The medications were labeled with stickers and dosage instructions. A report, a list of medications, and the complete bill were included in an envelope without me even asking. (In English for insurance purposes.) Highly recommended!

Dear travelers, if you need medical attention, I highly recommend this place! I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival, you fill out a form with standard information. Then, you head to the first floor where three doctors are seeing patients back-to-back. I was seen after 10 minutes. The consultation was over in 5 minutes. I had to take a virus test, so I waited…

ed another 30 minutes, but otherwise, it was already over! After that, still on the first floor, there's a pharmacy counter. The doctor takes care of passing on the information, and they prepare everything for you, with instructions on each blister pack, the correct quantity, and all the paperwork for insurance! It was all done in 1 hour and 15 minutes (but it could have been 30 minutes without the test). They speak English, so that's perfect. It cost me 45 euros and I paid by card (42 euros if I had paid in cash; they charge a fee for card payments).

I ended up at the clinic after a bicycle accident. Friendly staff who spoke good English. The wounds were thoroughly cleaned and sutured under local anesthesia. Even though the clinic itself isn't up to par with Dutch standards, I received excellent care. I was given painkillers and a course of antibiotics. Make sure you seek medical care at this clinic instead of the provincial hospital! It makes…

I arrived at 11:30. Vital signs were checked, and I was seen quickly. The doctor speaks English and was very kind. A urine test was done, and the results were fast. I left at 1:15 PM with my prescription. Quick and efficient.

Like every other person who commented here, I was very grateful for the care and efficiency at the Clinic. Between registration and payment, it took us 30 minutes and we saw an English speaking doctor who was very efficient, initial treatment, planning for the next visit and all the documentation needed for insurance. The place is clean, the staff welcoming and efficient and English is spoken…

I was bitten by a stray dog. A very quick visit, including rabies vaccination, took 40 minutes, and provided a reasonable price and an itemized bill for my insurance company. Highly recommended.

We went to this clinic after a bout of food poisoning. They got us through quickly; the doctor speaks perfect English and was very attentive. They ran blood tests to determine if we had a bacterial infection and gave us an IV to replenish our fluids. They then prescribed medications, providing a very clear dosage sheet and the doctor's report. Since they have an on-site pharmacy, they also gave us…

The staff speaks English. I had a very kind doctor who took the time to explain everything and examine me thoroughly. As a French backpacker, I needed to fill out the chapka form, and she even printed it out for me herself and filled it out. I received all the necessary paperwork. There's also a pharmacy right in the clinic where they'll provide you with the prescribed medication, which is very…

y convenient. The service is very quick, with no waiting. I highly recommend it if you ever have a non-urgent issue and don't necessarily need to go to the emergency room located right next door.
