Incredible experience here. We had to go twice for different reasons, but both times there was almost no wait and the service was impeccable. Very knowledgeable staff and very welcoming and helpful. We had a bad experience at the provincial hospital next door but this clinic made up for it.

I am very grateful for this doctor's practice! Everyone there speaks fluent English, helps quickly, and you can immediately get the necessary medication from the on-site pharmacy.

Had an unexplained swelling on my elbow. I arrived 730am. Was seen almost immediately. Blood test and ultrasound then treatment and medication and all within 1.5 hours. Amazing. Clean. Friendly. Fabulous service. I’m so grateful for the clinic’s help. And very good value. X

On my insurance company’s list. They took very well care of me. Needed to go to Vientiane (the capitol) for further treatment. Phakan’s have cooperation with Kasemrad International Hospital there, also on my insurance company’s list. Good communication between them contributed nicely.

I am very thankfull to this place, the best doctor and nurses. They took care for our wounds after motorbike accident, very clean, professional! They speak english, there is a pharmacy upstairs and you can pay with card too. We got also the medical report for the insurance, and advice what to do next. And, they smile at you. Professional and Friendly Clinic Went to the Phrakan Arocavet Clinic today and was very impressed. They spoke English, were very organized and professional, and Dr. Phrakan was patient and friendly as he explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. Amazing service! The doctor saw me within 3min after I did the check in with the nurse. I had an allergic reaction to a bite of an insect. He said immediately that it was not dangerous and that the bruise on my leg will fade away with time. Excellent clinic with extremely speedy response to initial emails. Very good English. I was seen within 10 minutes, consultation for 15 minutes and then prescription in 10 minutes. Consultation cost was 200,000kip. Great value!

I went to the clinic with sore throat that lasted for couple of days, and was really satisfied with the visit. They spoke English well, I didn't wait for long and I had professional feeling from the doctors and the whole clinic.
