group until you arrive, and then they don't suit you at all, so you get some Chinese, then they implant something completely different 3 times that turns out, because the first time they put the smallest screw, so if it goes through, it goes through. Well, it turns out, so you come back 5 times for one tooth. Then they make a bridge, and then they kill the nerves of 2 neighboring teeth because oh my God, it happens... I don't know how it happens only to them that out of 3 implants and one bridge, they don't do a single thing, and that's not even the third time. We never recommend it to anyone! Dear Ana, you have stated numerous untruths here, some probably completely unconsciously, out of simple ignorance of dental procedures, and some untruths seem to have been stated intentionally, since these are facts that can be easily verified. Parlament Dental has never installed a single Chinese implant, nor have we ever offered any brand of Chinese implants. You have stated a gross untruth, and we hope that you did not do it intentionally. We only install systems from renowned world manufacturers, which are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Comments like "the smallest screw" and "if it goes through, it goes through"... show that you do not know the subject at all. The size of the screw is directly determined by the dimensions of the jawbone in the area where the implant is being installed. The implant is placed in a precisely adjusted size, especially sensitive situations when the patient does not have enough jawbone. Parlament Dental specializes in the most complex cases, but the work is significantly more difficult when the patient does not cooperate. If your husband had accepted the doctor's advice and completed the procedure to the end, there would have been no reason for such comments. We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations and that you felt dissatisfied during the therapy. Every patient and every therapy is individual, and implant procedures can sometimes require additional checks and corrections, which is part of modern dental practice everywhere in the world. In your case, in accordance with our professional and ethical responsibility, we reacted correctly, devoting additional time and attention to the therapy, while clearly providing expert advice on the possibility of reimplantation as a further therapeutic solution. In general, the impression of our colleagues is that your husband had already come up with the idea of creating as big a problem as possible in order to obtain unrealistic financial concessions. This could also be one of the explanations for the passion with which you wrote the previous comment, with the aim of causing us as much harm as possible, with untruths starting from "Chinese" implants, and so on.

I asked before the intervention how much inhalation sedation costs, I was told 8,000 rsd. After paying, when I got home and the bleeding stopped, I looked at the bill and saw that I was charged 32,000 for it and that half an hour was charged 8,000, which I was not informed about. I paid 17,000 for temporary work, for which I did not receive a bill. I think no one is immune to things like this.

As for payment, the standard procedure for implant placement is to pay in two installments, the first half when the implant is placed and the temporary work is placed, and the second half after 3-6 months when the final work is placed. To be completely precise, you were approved to spread this out into at least 4 installments, and so we have come to your aid, to make it as easy as we can for you. We are sorry that this gesture of goodwill on our part was not enough for you, and that it causes dissatisfaction with you. If you had consulted with the management, we would have seen to find a solution to further facilitate your payment. As for the proforma invoice, it is easier for patients to know the price in euros, so they can more easily orient themselves about the price, and of course, when the invoice is issued, the invoice is printed in dinars since it is the official payment currency in Serbia and we must strictly adhere to the regulations. The fact that the promotional price of a metal-free zirconium crown is 127 euros, and the cash register is printed as 15,000 dinars (at the current exchange rate, it is 127.81 euros), is a minimal difference, for us the official promotional price is expressed in dinars and is 15,000 dinars. It is inconvenient for us to change the indicative price in euros every day, depending on the daily changes in the dinar exchange rate. The situation is similar when you buy a car or an apartment in Serbia, for easier orientation, the price in the advertisements is expressed in euros. Inhalation sedation, which is required by less than 5% of our patients, since interventions with local anesthesia are completely painless, is charged at 8,000 dinars every half hour, and this is always emphasized before the intervention and this is clearly emphasized in the price list. You probably did not register that the price refers to half an hour, my colleagues always clearly emphasize this before the intervention. All invoices are typed in the system, if you received this main invoice, there is no reason not to receive this smaller invoice. My colleague Aleksandra stood up for you and taking into account all the circumstances, you received an additional discount of several hundred euros in addition to this large promotional discount. And after all that, we get this comment. We are sorry that we could not do more. Any additional discounts and concessions on our part would affect the quality of work, and that is something we do not play with.

I've been to many clinics in Croatia and Slovenia and everyone said I had to have all my teeth pulled out, but these guys made the effort and thought about it for a long time and did a miracle, treated my teeth, etc. And they weren't in a hurry, they were patient and put up with me and in the end they did everything right for me and my wife... basically, kudos to them.
What can I say about these people and the office, except that the team and the office are perfect. So kind people that I didn't feel anything and everything went quickly. In the chair, a person, who I still don't know if he is a doctor or a technician, checks the strength of my teeth (which are excellent) and on the way to the scan, asks me why I don't want to do all my teeth, to which I answer that there is no need for that and that, simply, I don't want to. Upon returning from the shoot, for the second time, I explain what I want, to which the lady categorically declares that "THEY DON'T DO METAL-CERAMIC" Still polite, but already very confused, I suggest showing her the message from her colleague who scheduled my appointment there, she still refuses that option, until the young doctor enters who confirms that metal-ceramic is, after all, done... Of course, reluctantly, because the price is too low for their appetites. A 5-minute conversation follows that I absolutely do not understand, where they convince me that they are giving me some HUGE DISCOUNTS, bigger than for employees (what do I need a discount for and who asked for it anyway?!?!) and that they will do everything for me metal-free.... So that at the end of the ballad, I get an estimate for 26 CROWNS, which I neither asked for nor want, which I literally repeated 3 times. Aside from the fact that the person at the beginning lied to the doctor that my swing was EIGHT (it was SEVEN, which doesn't swing even a millimeter).... They only sent me the 3D scan by email when I asked for it, but in a format that "mere mortals" can't open, only the doctor's office can. A day later (today) I went to physically pick up the CD with the scan... I believe that there is a wonderful and professional world in Parliament, Dr. Stefan from the beginning of the story knew more in one, telephone, consultation than the woman who examined me in person. So, to summarize: why would you pay 2500 euros for what you need, when you can, with a fantastic discount, get what you clearly emphasized that you absolutely don't want for almost 5000 euros.... 🤯 And again.... God save me!
