You said that new teeth could be made, but at current prices.* *I stated that I found this situation unacceptable and unfair, and requested a refund of the fee I paid. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to my request, and they're not responding to my messages at all.* And they're still lying with the answer they just gave. Yes, I didn't pay the full amount because not all work done is refundable. When I spoke with the person on the line, they said my teeth were never delivered to their clinic, the entire staff changed, and their management would call me. They never called me. I told them I would sue them through my lawyer. They still didn't take me seriously. This clinic doesn't even pay its employees. How will it refund its patients? If you're considering treatment with this clinic, I recommend you think twice.

Hello, In the first phase of your treatment, your impressions were taken, and your temporary teeth were prepared and delivered to us. However, due to an urgent need to leave the country before your scheduled appointment for the fitting of your permanent dentures and your inability to come to the clinic for about a year, the process was not completed. Storing impressions and models for such a long period as a year is neither technically possible nor appropriate in dentistry; therefore, a new plan is necessary to continue working. Furthermore, the payment is not the full cost of treatment; it covers the laboratory expenses and the cost of fabricating temporary teeth during that period. r unexpected charges afterwards. I was treated by Dr. Ayşenur, and I truly could not have asked for better care. She was kind, patient, and highly professional. Despite the language difference, she made sure there was no misunderstanding. She showed me the results step by step, checked in to ensure I was happy, and made any adjustments I requested with no hesitation. The procedure took about 3 hours, and throughout the process she remained patient and attentive, even keeping in mind my limited time before heading to the airport. I never once felt rushed. I also want to mention Ege, the receptionist. Her English is excellent, and she was very patient and professional in assisting me. She made the entire process,from booking to follow-up,so much easier and stress-free. I am extremely happy with my results and very grateful to Dr. Ayşenur, Ege, and the Parla Clinic team. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental treatment in Istanbul.
This is a completely irrelevant clinic; the doctor changes every time you go, and they make you wait for hours each time. Their prices are also more expensive than other places. I definitely do not recommend it; they are a real rip-off.

After months of patience, meticulousness, and professionalism, I am very happy with my teeth. Although the orthodontics process may seem daunting, thanks to Dr. Onur, I had a comfortable and confident experience. I am grateful for his friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and care shown at every appointment. (I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.)

First of all, when you first enter the clinic, there's a pleasant atmosphere. Don't let the opulent appearance scare you. Prices are reasonable, but the staff is very attentive and polite. When the doctor arrives, he's polite and explains what can be done, explaining it in a clear and simple way, without overwhelming you with therapeutic terms. In short, I recommend it.

I was understandably nervous about traveling to Turkey alone for my first medical tourism experience, but his patience, reassurance, and meticulous planning gave me the confidence to go forward. I could not be happier that I did. The clinic itself was immaculately clean, the technology used far surpassed anything I have seen at a UK dentist’s office, and the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff were simply unparalleled. My dentist, Dr. Emin, was highly skilled and provided a near pain-free experience. While Dr. Emin communicated in English, Adam was always at my side to explain any instructions or answer any questions I had, which made the process seamless. PS: I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I didn’t know any Turkish before I traveled. This morning, Mehmet didn't show up for his welding appointment, and I waited 45 minutes. The filling fell out after 20 minutes. This is a completely inexperienced place. I do not recommend this place at all. Prices have doubled since April. This is a completely new business in every respect. The level of ignorance is paramount. It's a complete disgrace.

Hello, first of all, we apologize for the wait at your appointment. The tooth you mentioned is undergoing root canal treatment, so the filling is a temporary (cavity) soft material. It's quite normal for these fillings to fall out or separate from the tooth between appointments; this will resolve once the permanent filling or crown is completed. All treatments at our clinic are performed by experienced dentists, and the procedures are documented. Our treatment fee schedule, as in every industry, is updated periodically. When i arrived here i was thinking what am I doing here, should stay home but know I would recommend to anybody thinking about coming here just do it and you leave with new smile and renew sense confidence. Do not be worried the team will look after you from your first call by WhatsApp, to arriving at the airport, hotel service in the clinic and to returning to the airport.
