Hello, In the first phase of your treatment, your impressions were taken, and your temporary teeth were prepared and delivered to us. However, due to an urgent need to leave the country before your scheduled appointment for the fitting of your permanent dentures and your inability to come to the clinic for about a year, the process was not completed. Storing impressions and models for such a long period as a year is neither technically possible nor appropriate in dentistry; therefore, a new plan is necessary to continue working. Furthermore, the payment is not the full cost of treatment; it covers the laboratory expenses and the cost of fabricating temporary teeth during that period. From the very beginning, they ask you to pay the full amount upfront — and it is not a small sum. Once they have your money, everything changes. y is “not working,” something is “broken,” or appointments keep getting postponed. In the end, we had our treatment finished only on the very last night before our flight, almost at 1:30 a.m. This shows complete disrespect for patients. The representatives, such as Oksana and Julia, present beautiful stories in their videos and advertisements: they promise support, translation, consultations, and full assistance. In reality, it is all lies. Once you pay, you are left alone. There is no real help, no understanding, and certainly no compensation for their mistakes. The most shocking part is the way they handle dental implants — instead of properly fixing them, they literally glue them. This is unacceptable and dangerous. They smile in your face, and when something goes wrong, the only word you hear is “sorry.” But sorry does not fix the damage, and sorry does not return the money you have lost. This clinic and its partner are misleading people, taking advantage of patients, and providing unprofessional, unsafe services. Be very careful — I strongly recommend avoiding them.

I came to have my baby tooth, which broke two weeks ago, examined. An implant was placed the same day. I experienced no discomfort or complications during the procedure. This is definitely a place you shouldn't go to. Their employees' faces show they don't value their employees. They show zero interest. Simply put, it's a disgrace. I definitely don't recommend it.
