he extraction of two wisdom teeth. Despite my tight schedule, everything was completed within two weeks, which I truly appreciated. Dr Reshma explained each procedure clearly before starting, which gave me confidence and reassurance. The extractions were surprisingly comfortable, with almost no pain. I had no swelling, no pain, and no complications afterward — I’m genuinely very impressed. The clinic is clean and well maintained, and the receptionist and nurses are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was advised to undergo two root canal treatments. However, after consulting two separate dentists in Singapore, both advised me to wait and monitor the teeth instead. They explained that after an impact, healing can take 2–3 months, and at this stage, a root canal was not necessary. This was extremely concerning to hear, especially after being advised to…

to proceed with two root canals. Additionally, I had a filling done at the clinic, and it came out within 6 months. My current dentist mentioned that the filling appeared poorly done. What’s most disappointing is that after raising these concerns and deciding not to proceed further, I was unable to obtain a refund.

Dear Ms Zafirah, We regret to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. Patient care and transparency are matters we take very seriously. All treatment recommendations made by our doctors are based on documented clinical findings at the time of consultation. In cases involving dental trauma and occlusal (bite) factors, differences in professional opinion may occur between practitioners; however, our recommendations were supported by the clinical and radiographic evidence recorded and patients are always entitled to decide themselves on how they wish proceed. Differences in clinical judgment do not necessarily indicate that an earlier recommendation was inappropriate. During your visit, a comprehensive assessment was carried out and the necessary initial procedure was performed to manage your presenting symptoms. A staged treatment plan was explained and agreed upon, and a deposit was collected to initiate this process. However, we did not receive any further attendance or communication from you for approximately six months despite documented follow-up attempts. No concerns were raised to us at any time regarding the matters now alleged in your review. As professional services had already been rendered and treatment had commenced, the deposit was allocated accordingly. This amount has not been wrongfully withheld and remains available as credit. That said, we are currently reviewing this matter internally to determine how we may resolve it fairly. We would have preferred the opportunity to conclude our communication and discussions during office hours prior to this public review. Regarding the filling mentioned, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that it was poorly done. We use high-quality materials and follow established clinical protocols. It is also documented in our records that you presented with a significant traumatic bite, which was discussed during your consultation and may influence restoration longevity. We genuinely wish that these concerns had been brought directly to us earlier, as we are always willing to reassess and address any dissatisfaction promptly. We remain open to resolving this amicably.

My family usually visits this dental clinic, and they recommended it to me as well. I had my root canal treatment done here, and Dr. Reshma treated the infection. She showed great patience, was thorough in her explanation, and friendly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

I was recommended implants in Korea, but I didn't have enough time for treatment, so I visited a dentist in Joho to get them done. The Pallx dentists seemed to think I was overtreating them, so they double-checked my teeth and suggested a treatment method! They even introduced me to a root canal specialist!!! Implant patients are a big customer for dental clinics, so they gave me honest checkups and I was so grateful to meet skilled dentists with cutting-edge equipment (even more cutting-edge than in Korea!)!!! Today, I stopped by for an oral spa. It was my first time at an oral spa, and it was easier and more effective than regular scaling!! I highly recommend Pallx Dental👍👍👍👍👍

I had a great experience as a patient at PallX Dental. The team was kind, attentive, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Have been patronising this dental clinic throughout my 2++ years of wearing Damon braces, and I'm more than happy to recommend this place to my friends. Came for normal scaling and polishing the first time. Super impressed with Dr Racheal skills. She made my teeth so clean, compared to other dentist I went to.
