Highly recommend this clinic, for kids especially. Dr Rachel was very gentle and explained everything very well. The service was excellent from booking an appointment till paying the bill. The charges was quite reasonable too.
My husband did an Emax Overlay as his molar was chipped. Dr Kyaarthini is very professional and she explains your conditions and the options available clearly. The staffs are polite and respectful. The clinic is also very well maintained. Its near to CIQ so its only a short ride away.

e they had a previous issue with their Singapore’s dentist and drove all the way to jb stuck in traffic (take the bus at 11am on a weekday, it’ll take 20 mins to cross) which this Pallx dentist couldn’t resolve because for their particular case, it was medically dangerous for to jump to another dentist with no prior information about the treatment. The issue was the reception just told them to “come down for appointment” when they enquired through the phone, cos that’s what everyone usually says. In this case it was a horrible case of not being detailed enough, cos the elderly man didn’t describe his problem. Just said he had a tooth ache.

It's been a year since I did my dental here. I would recommend the painless scaling oral spa. Dr Rachael is very caring and will often ask how you feel during the procedure. Their nurses and receptionist are also very nice. It's easy to make appointment via WhatsApp as well. And the clinic is very clean.

Dr. Kausalyah was amazing, explained in detail and provided guidance! We were there on a saturday and also received medication from them on the spot, very usefull when traveling and you fon't know the city or country! Highly recommend!
Made an appointment for a chipped front tooth. Appointment booking was seamless and they even send you an online reg card to cut down the registration. Dr Reshma guided me through the process of my cavity and she calmed me down, sensing my nervousness about the possibility of a root canal treatment. She assessed and recommended what I needed to do first, instead of just immediately proceeding for a RCT. During the temporary filling process, she was meticulous too. Please ask for Dr Reshma for all your dental needs.
