Horrible!!! I scheduled an evaluation appointment, went to the clinic, and the dentist didn't even look at my mouth. But I didn't leave without having to pay for the evaluation appointment that never happened, because I left in the same condition I arrived in, without knowing what or how much I would spend. It was supposed to be an evaluation appointment, not to get a list of tests. But I fell for it. Due to their complexity, the requested tests took two weeks to get the results. I called and scheduled to bring the tests in about two days in advance. The day before, they tried to cancel, but I refused. Then they changed the time, saying it would be a lunch slot, which I couldn't get to because of work, and 20 minutes after the supposed slot, or at the time I had scheduled, they called me saying the dentist was going on vacation and couldn't wait for me. I would have to wait three weeks to see her again. How is that possible???? What kind of clinic is this that doesn't offer the option of getting a quote???? I've had a toothache for two weeks, spent money on exams, and now I have to wait for a dentist to return from vacation??? There was no negotiation. I was forced to find another dentist to assess and quote my case, which, given the excellent service there, is already under contract and being treated. And to my utter outrage, I asked the La Sante clinic to refund the money they charged me for ordering the exams, because that was all it was: "Hi, [your name], get these exams done and come back here" - and the answer was no, you're not entitled to it. In other words, I paid for an evaluation consultation that led nowhere, I can't get my money back, and I spent two weeks with a toothache only for the clinic not to have anyone else who could quote my case. In short, I don't recommend them!! They don't even have the structure to provide quotes, and if someone goes on vacation, the clinic shuts down. Worse, they don't refund money for what they don't do. Horrible!!!!
