A big thank you to the entire team at the Orto Nova dental clinic for their professionalism and top-notch service. I would like to especially thank Dr. Lucija and Dr. Andrej for their expert and careful procedures, as well as the dental assistant for her kindness and professionalism. I recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a reliable and quality dentist.

Everyone was very professional and kind, all praise to all the staff and a big thank you to Dr. Lucija. I also have to praise the attitude towards young patients, my 3-year-old girl comes to regular check-ups without fear and constantly says that she has to go to the dentist, which means a lot to me as a parent. She really liked the playroom. Thank you for everything.

I’m writing this again it seems that Google deleted my review. My experience with Ortonova was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I wore their Invisalign, made by their own technician, for 2 years with no results. I probably came in for more than 15 check-ups, but the treatment was consistently disorganized. booked for. Even with appointments scheduled, I frequently had to wait at least an hour, sometimes longer, and there was always some issue or delay. They demanded full payment up front, even though we agreed to pay half now and half later. After two years, they finally offered “free braces,” but that was never what I wanted, and due to their attitude and mismanagement, I chose not to accept anything. I had already paid in full for their Invisalign, yet I received no effective treatment, and they were still demanding more money for retainers. I had breaks with my therapy because they couldn't get materials for my Invisalign for months and that went on for a year. I forgot to mention in my last review that Dr. Petra was trying to help and fix the previous dentist's work that was done on my therapy. Only for that reason I won’t give them 1 star. It often felt like patients from Italy were prioritized over others, and the overall treatment lacked professionalism, organization, and genuine care. While this is meant as constructive criticism, I hope Ortonova improves its scheduling, communication, and honesty with patients. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for Invisalign or professional dental treatment.

We fully understand how important it is to feel safe and well taken care of — especially during a long-term therapy such as orthodontic treatment — and it is never in our interest for a patient to feel disappointed. The therapy with our custom-made aligners was chosen for reasons that are well known to both you and us, and it is not necessary to elaborate on them in this context. During orthodontic treatment, regular check-ups every 3–5 months are part of the standard protocol, as well as occasional visits needed to assess progress or adjust the therapy — which is completely normal and essential for achieving the best possible results. According to our professional assessment and the available photo documentation, the treatment was carried out in line with the highest standards of the profession, and the maximum possible result was achieved within the limits of the chosen treatment option. We are also sorry to hear that you felt some patients were given priority. We strongly deny this. At Orto Nova, we do not differentiate between patients based on nationality, language, or any other criteria. Patients from all over the world come to us because of our expertise and technology, and every individual is treated equally — with professionalism, dedication and genuine care for their needs. For a successful therapy, trust between the doctor and the patient is essential, but it is equally important to attend regular check-ups so the treatment can be properly monitored and guided. In your case, unfortunately, this did not always happen. We are truly sorry for that as well. We remain at your disposal for a constructive conversation, a detailed analysis of the treatment, or a review of your current situation — whether in person or online. If there were any misunderstandings during the period when our head doctor was on maternity leave, we sincerely regret that. However, please be assured that your therapy was never compromised, nor the quality or expertise with which it was carried out. Thank you for your feedback.

I first came to them in 2009 and have never left. I've seen the clinic grow, and they deserve the success they've enjoyed. Dr. Andrej is excellent!

I've been going there since 2019. I've had major surgeries done and have been very satisfied with their expertise, kindness, and prices.
