I finally finished my implant, among other treatments. I couldn't be happier financially, personally, and, of course, professionally. A great team perfectly coordinated from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted until you leave with your treatment completed. Absolutely on top of everything. It's a pleasure to go to the dentist! It's just a saying.

Dr. de la Torre's safety and speed are amazing. I came in with a 20-year-old implant that was experiencing complications. He turned the difficulty into a challenge and resolved it effectively. Hello Charo. In response to your review, it's important that readers understand the sequence of events in more detail than you provide. Your first visit to our clinic was in 2014, where we recommended periodontal treatment to prevent the loss of your natural teeth. You decided against this preventative treatment. You returned to our clinic this July, 2022, seeking advice regarding loose teeth. On this occasion, our recommendation was that, due to the bone loss resulting from the lack of preventative treatment, it was too late to perform prosthetic work on your natural teeth with a favorable long-term prognosis. As explained by the two specialists who treated you, and in subsequent phone conversations, we recommended extracting the damaged teeth and replacing them with immediate-load implants. In our humble opinion, this is a more predictable and favorable long-term treatment. Initially, you told us you were happy with this and wanted to begin treatment. This is when you were given an appointment for the same day you wrote this review, which you decided not to attend. As you knew, this appointment was for signing the necessary consent forms and receiving prescriptions for the antibiotic you were to start taking, according to the medical instructions provided. The following week, the procedure and placement of implants with temporary fixed teeth were scheduled for the same day. That's why this review surprises us even more, as you make completely false statements about our medical protocols. You have NEVER undergone any of the treatments we have recommended to you over all these years. Regarding the price you mentioned, and based on what you explained to us in your last phone call, the treatment you are going to have with other professionals is a bridge on your natural teeth, which has nothing to do with implant treatment, both in terms of cost and the solution. It's like comparing apples and oranges… Look, Charo, we gave you our medical opinion with all our care and professionalism, and the simple fact is that you don't want to accept that you've unfortunately lost several teeth due to periodontal disease, and you're looking for someone to do work on your natural teeth, which we prefer not to do on principle. We believe the last few years have shown us all that money isn't everything in life. All we can wish you is the best of luck with your decision, which we, of course, respect. We hope we're wrong this time, unlike in 2014 when we warned you about what could happen. Best regards.
Highly recommended clinic. The entire team provides friendly, courteous, and pleasant treatment. I'd also like to highlight Dr. Julia Huertas, my daughter's doctor and my own. She's extremely polite, kind, and very professional, as is her assistant. 100% recommended.

I'd always had, and on top of that, I had a long-standing bruxism problem that had caused my teeth to become considerably diminished. I'd been in Switzerland for years with a highly reputable dentist in Basel, who hadn't helped me. Sergio put me in the hands of Dr. Federico Brunner, who is undoubtedly the best at what he does. He's a meticulous and perfectionist artist, and in his work, besides being enjoyable, he leaves no stone unturned. He reconstructed each of my teeth, one by one, making them look like they've been in my mouth all their lives. I must say that my teeth were not touched during this procedure; they are all still intact. 💪👏👏👏 I am happy. I recommend the Orión Clinic without hesitation, as well as Dr. Federico Brunner, because he has changed my life. 👍😃 I must mention Jorge's work; he is an expert. 👍😃 He made everything very easy for me, and all the staff, from the receptionists at General Ricardos 101 and Paseo Extremadura, are charming and very professional. During the hours that Dr. Brunner reconstructed my teeth one by one, I didn't feel any pain.
