Hi everyone... I went to this clinic for a repair and the explanations were very rushed, like everything else, very hurried. I asked for a second opinion and the result was that they diagnosed an infection and prescribed antibiotics. and third opinions... because at Orion, even with an infection, they don't prescribe antibiotics and want to extract teeth, basically to cause more infection. Anyway, where I get my work done is terrible. Greetings, and before making a decision, you should get more opinions and consult with very experienced dentists because these days everyone becomes a dentist and then they come up with problems. The problems after this... responding to the owner of the Orion clinic, I insist, I went to my lifelong dentist, they took several x-rays, and after all that, my longtime dentist, who has been practicing for 40 years, tells me that implants can't be placed because I don't have enough bone strength and they won't take, and over time they would fall out. You deny this and don't provide any transparency about the treatment. You only ask for €4,000 without giving an effective answer. In the end, I got crowns and bridges and I'm very happy. So I would like you to provide explanations to my longtime dentist and clinic. Besides, the treatment was very affordable and I'm very happy. So that's all. Greetings to you, but really, and this is important, is to be truthful, legal, to speak the truth and be sincere because it's not about making money, it's about gaining clients and having a smile not just now, but for many years. Hello Charo. In response to your review, it's important that readers understand the sequence of events in more detail than you provide. Your first visit to our clinic was in 2014, where we recommended periodontal treatment to prevent the loss of your natural teeth. You decided against this preventative treatment. You returned to our clinic this July, 2022, seeking advice regarding loose teeth. On this occasion, our recommendation was that, due to the bone loss resulting from the lack of preventative treatment, it was too late to perform prosthetic work on your natural teeth with a favorable long-term prognosis. As explained by the two specialists who treated you, and in subsequent phone conversations, we recommended extracting the damaged teeth and replacing them with immediate-load implants. In our humble opinion, this is a more predictable and favorable long-term treatment. Initially, you told us you were happy with this and wanted to begin treatment. This is when you were given an appointment for the same day you wrote this review, which you decided not to attend. As you knew, this appointment was for signing the necessary consent forms and receiving prescriptions for the antibiotic you were to start taking, according to the medical instructions provided. The following week, the procedure and placement of implants with temporary fixed teeth were scheduled for the same day. That's why this review surprises us even more, as you make completely false statements about our medical protocols. You have NEVER undergone any of the treatments we have recommended to you over all these years. Regarding the price you mentioned, and based on what you explained to us in your last phone call, the treatment you are going to have with other professionals is a bridge on your natural teeth, which has nothing to do with implant treatment, both in terms of cost and the solution. It's like comparing apples and oranges… Look, Charo, we gave you our medical opinion with all our care and professionalism, and the simple fact is that you don't want to accept that you've unfortunately lost several teeth due to periodontal disease, and you're looking for someone to do work on your natural teeth, which we prefer not to do on principle. We believe the last few years have shown us all that money isn't everything in life. All we can wish you is the best of luck with your decision, which we, of course, respect. Based on my experience, they stopped being the great professionals they were before... e day I had to go when they had confirmed it to me and it was. And that the day I supposedly had the appointment didn't go, because the doctor was sick... Is it so difficult for them to send me to any doctor to look at my gums? He gives me an appointment for half a month later, as if the bleeding and pain should be endured just because. So many years in Orion that with that "no deal" I am forced to go to another place where they do care about their patients.

This is my first time visiting the clinic, and the experience has been outstanding. The service has been excellent; they are very friendly and professional. I just had a dental cleaning and I couldn't be happier; it was very thorough. I found them while looking for dentists near my house to have a go-to one, and that's exactly what I'll be doing.
