I rate the Openko dental clinic very positively. The professional approach to patients by doctors and assistants and, above all, quality services for patients.
In May 2023, my wife had two zirconium crowns placed at the clinic. The doctors assured her it was the strongest and highest-quality material, but two months later, one crown cracked, and the other developed small cracks. When she called the clinic, she was told the entire staff was on vacation, so please call back in a week. She had to seek help from another clinic. For three months now, the…

clinic has been silent on the cause of the defective crowns, on refunds for the poor service provided under warranty, and I'm not even bothering to offer a simple apology, even out of politeness. It's impossible to leave a review on the clinic's website, likely due to strict censorship, making it difficult to trust the certificates posted. I do not recommend this clinic.

We provide a warranty on our work: fillings - 1 year; crowns - 3 years. During this period, all clients can contact the clinic for any issues with the areas treated by our doctors to have them corrected or any problems that arise. Unfortunately, we were unable to help you only because you declined the warranty service in favor of another clinic, as it was more convenient for you at the time. We are happy to answer any additional questions, and we are always ready to do everything in our power to ensure that all our clients receive first-class service and become our good friends. This is easily verified by the number of positive reviews of our clinic. Unfortunately, without a willingness to communicate on the other side, there is little we can do. The service and customer service are top-notch. We had a tooth extracted and an implant placed in one visit, and our whole family trusts Openko Dental Clinic with peace of mind. weekend, and even advised me on how to preserve a vertically cracked tooth until the doctor's appointment. The consultation was scheduled urgently, despite the clinic's busy schedule. I went into the clinic, nervously compressed. The magic hands of Yuri Nikolaevich and Svetlana Anatolyevna worked wonders. My fear of the cost of the service was also unfounded. In short, two myths about dentists were debunked in my mind: 1) it's painful, 2) it's expensive. I'm grateful and happy after my visit.
I am glad that there is such a clinic in Bratislava - it's modern, with excellent staff and a friendly atmosphere. Yuri Nikolaevich is a top professional!!

I went in January and got my tooth done. Everything was great! It wasn't painful, it was high-quality, and the doctor explained and showed me everything. I also got a cleaning. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the doctors know their stuff! I'll only go here from now on.

A wonderful Russian-speaking dental clinic in Bratislava with prices no higher than Kyiv's! We searched all over the city, and everywhere we went, appointments were booked 1-2 months in advance. Very cool clinic! The doctors are attentive, explain everything and work very carefully. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is calm - it's not scary to treat your teeth at all. We visited the clinic for the first time today and were very pleased. The service was top-notch! They did everything we planned and more. They examined our daughter and provided a detailed analysis of her dental situation, for which we are very grateful. The doctor is competent and friendly. I'm already planning my next visit!
