Open Dental Clinic has great professionals with a pro-client approach. I came to them with an urgent, very painful case and they took me in immediately, diagnosed my problem and the next day I was immediately booked for the procedure. First I scheduled one appointment, then they rescheduled it. On the day of my original appointment, they started texting me asking where I was. No one noticed that my appointment had been rescheduled. I went in for a teeth cleaning and the receptionist was quite friendly. Then a medical assistant picked me up. started later. The doctor had my teeth cleaned, I went to pay, and they charged me for the cleaning and, by the way, for the consultation. According to them, a consultation is when the doctor tells me how to take care of my teeth after the cleaning, what is right and wrong, recommends a gum procedure, and says I have an extra tooth that needs to be extracted – something I’ve known for 10-15 years, thank you. When I protested that no one had informed me that I would have a consultation and that I didn't know that they would add something extra, the receptionist replied: "Well, you didn't ask." Then the doctor came out. When the receptionist called him back, I told him that you didn't tell me that we had an additional consultation, that it would cost 30 euros. She said to the doctor: "Oh my God, take it away, what's the problem?" She said this aggressively, then turned around and left. The problem is not the 30 euros, but the fact that I originally asked about the price and you didn't mention any additional fees! Your service is very good, thank you!
