Upon arriving in Istanbul, I was met by the transfer organized by the clinic and taken to my hotel. The hotel also exceeded my expectations: well-maintained facilities, breakfast included, a spa and gym, and a strategic location with excellent access to the historic center. At the clinic, Hiba was assigned to supervise my treatment. She was a constant and reassuring presence throughout the week. Always available, attentive, and ready to check in on me, even on my days off between treatments. I never felt like a mere patient, but rather a guest cared for with genuine care. Even weeks after treatment, she wrote to check on me and see if I was satisfied: a gesture that demonstrates great care and professionalism. From a medical perspective, on the first day, a thorough examination with X-rays was performed, during which some initial recommendations were slightly modified for clinical reasons. She clearly explained to me why, for a specific tooth, a crown was preferable to a veneer, not only for aesthetic reasons but above all for functional and long-lasting reasons. I greatly appreciated this honesty and attention to health over aesthetics. I was also offered Botox for bruxism. I was initially skeptical, but trusting the team, I accepted, and today I can say I've benefited significantly. I met Dr. Omer, who introduced himself personally before the treatment began, and I was subsequently treated by Dr. Seyma Tokatli. From the very first moment, she instilled in me a tremendous sense of confidence. Precise, meticulous, and extremely attentive to detail, she explained every step, always asking for my approval. During the aesthetic fittings, she suggested such meticulous changes that I hadn't noticed myself, demonstrating a truly rare clinical and artistic eye. She and her assistant, Tuğba, were always gentle and professional: I felt no pain during the entire treatment. I had the feeling she had a clear and refined vision of the final result, which, in fact, far exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Özlem, the clinic's supervisor, who was equally competent and attentive. Communication was always fluid and simple, thanks in part to the linguistic support. I still remember the moment I saw the final result: natural, harmonious, elegant. Bright but not artificial teeth, well-proportioned, without excess. I haven't had any pain or sensitivity in the weeks since, and I'm scrupulously following all the instructions I received. The trust they instilled in me has been fully rewarded with a result that goes beyond anything I could have imagined. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professionalism, transparency, and a natural result of the highest quality.

l ongoing. No CT scan was performed before the implantation - only a panoramic scan. During the operation, it was decided to remove the extra tooth and immediately install the implant. Later, one of the crowns broke into pieces. I did not receive a detailed surgical protocol. When asked about the documentation, I was only given photos of documents and an X-ray. An official invoice is also not provided. The clinic refused financial compensation and only offers repeated treatment. After the complications I experienced, I am not ready to trust this institution again. As a result, I lost my teeth, significant funds, and a year of life to treat the consequences.

The accommodation I stayed in was also perfectly arranged, clean, and only a two-minute walk from the clinic. Even the transportation to and from the airport and hotel was excellently organized.
